I recently brought a human hair wig blonde during the birthday sale! Big mistake the quality is terrible! It's so thin and you can see the wig cap! So disappointed!

Amazing customer service!!! My daughter just missed out on purchasing a wig that was on sale, we emailed company explaining our situation and to our surprise we received an email back within an hour giving us a discount code that allowed us to still purchase the wig at the sale price.. not many businesses around today that would be so gracious and understanding but this company to us has gone above and beyond so my daughter still was able to purchase her beautiful wig. 10/10 🥰🥰

Amazing customer service. I had placed an order, but a few days later realised I’d made a mistake in one of the details you have to select. I emailed customer service at night, and had a response by 1030am the next day.

The lovely customer service representative was an absolute gem. We emailed back and forth 6 or 7 times in the span of about 4 hours as she answered my many detailed questions. I was also able to add a few extra items to my order, and the process was seamless from my end.

She had correctd my order, added products, sent me the updated invoice with a link to pay, I paid, and the whole process was completed within a few hours of the first response email. My new order was shipped by the end of the day (I ordered a ready to ship wig, not a made to order).

Service was prompt, professional, friendly, informative, helpful and one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. That’s the personal touch of small businesses, as opposed to the faceless nature of giant conglomerates.

I bought 3 wigs recently. One of the new synthetic releases 'Gemma'. A gorgeous 16" blonde ombre. Beautiful colouring, soft and in general, amazing. Extremely fast shipping even with a massive sale. Very happy. Will purchase again with the next big sale!

Bought two synthetic wigs and loved them however one was not quite, so i requested a return and refund which they accepted. Returned the item the next day and then ordered another 3 more due to loving the first one. It took them far too long to even process so i requested a cancellation if possible to which again, they kindly accepted and cancelled my order. This all occured in mid March. It now mid April and I have had to follow up multiple times to try to see where both my refunds are. ( Was told it takes 14 business days to process a refund but now has exceeded that for BOTH) Why does the customer have to follow up the refund request to notify them that it is now outside service standard? AND still waiting after multiple emails? Unfortunately because its an online only store you cant view the products beforehand, but my advice would be try your best to be SURE of the products you want as waiting around for a refund of significant value is extremely frustrating.

The wigs I've seen so far sadly do not look good like the ones advertised on their social media's. We had a fashion shoot & the models refused to wear the wigs. The models feedback was -The quality is cheap and trashy. The human hair wig in honesty I think could be made using lots & lots of pieces of other peoples hair. Possibly not Australian hair. Some people may be ok with this but our models didn't find it clean and sanitary.

Really happy with my purchase. The delivery was fast and the wig exceeded my expectations.

The wig I bought from milk & honey was exactly what it says it is in the description. This hair is soft & of great quality for the price. As someone that suffers from hair loss issues I would wear it every day & feel comfortable doing so. It is very hard to find a reputable company that is true to their word. I will be recommending this company to friends & family who have issues with their hair or just want to change things up without having to pay an arm & a leg. Thank you for being all that you said & having excellent quality products!!

NOTE: My reviews have been taken down 3 times now by Milk and Honey wigs which is so unethical as I am a real customer, my order number was #14042. They reached out to me after my review and asked me to remove my review in order for me to get the wig they sent me fixed which is BLACKMAIL! Overall, they did send me a fixed up wig but after 5 MONTHS! Do not deal with these people if you want to get send a bad wig and put in lots of effort for it to get fixed up.

Review I made in April 2023 : This is my first time ever writing a review, but it has to be done since Milk and Honey wigs do not post reviews that are 4 star or less on their website making you think they are a great business when they aren't. When i received my order I was asked by email to leave a review. I reviewed my purchase with 1 stars along with photos through their feedback portal and it wasn't uploaded to the site because clearly they don't want potential customers seeing it, which is very misleading.

Firstly, I suffer from medical hair loss and I usually buy wigs from overseas but i thought I'd try to buy something from Australia to save waiting time. I bought a human hair 22 inch long wig, I've bought several wigs like this before and by far this was the worst. The original price was $1,409, I did buy it on sale but regardless I was obviously expecting an almost 1.5k value luxury wig as they described. When i received it, all the lengths of the hair was varied, only maybe 100 hairs made it to the 22inch length. I would have to cut maybe 20cm off the wig to get some sort of consistent length but even then, the top of the wig had so many short hairs. Looking at the wefts on the wig, they are such bad quality, again varied lengths of hair and not thick, hence so many wefts were sewn in and still looked horrible. The wefts themselves are such low quality and its appalling that this brand charge such high prices for such low quality. It's honestly a scam, I cannot wear this wig at all. Since I have a medical condition, I do not work a lot and don't make much money so blowing this much money on a wig I cannot wear honestly made me cry. I cannot return it since I bought it on sale. I've bought better wigs internationally for half the price I paid for this wig. Very disappointing, would not recommend anyone to buy human hair wigs from here, you can buy a lot better elsewhere for less.

I wish Milk and Honey were more honest and allowed the reviews of 1,2,3 stars shown on their website, since the 4,5 star ratings really mislead me and I'm sure there are more worse ratings than good ones but they only let the good ones show on their site.

Contacted them when my pony tail extension had not been shipped within the shipping time frame stated on the website. Received a response telling me I’ll receive a shipping notification early to mid March and not to worry. (This seems like a very long time to wait for a product that other stores ship in 1 week.) Order was 1st of Feb and it’s now19th March and no shipping notification. I didn’t think it was legal to take peoples money for months if you can’t supply the item. Have requested a refund and am not optimistic about that as I can see reviews saying this will also take a month. I should charge interest. Do not buy your hair from here order from ClipHair UK instead it’s actually good and comes in a week. Regrets..
Update: after leaving this review they cancelled the refund. I can see another review with a similar comment. Absolutely shocking.
Final update: PayPal ruled the case in my favour and I have finally received the refund.

Just keep getting ghosted every time I try to ask a question including adding my rewards points that I forgot to add to my order. That's not how you treat long term customers think you all need training. Plus in stock wig hasn't been sent and it's been over a week since the order had been placed.

It has been a couple of years since I've purchased from mhwigs. Usually their human hair was such great value however communication and customer service is off and made to seem as if the customer is always wrong. I haven't bought from them in a while due to communication not stating that 2 items I've purchased was not in stock and I've had to wait over a month until I had to approach them for a refund. Additionally, The return policy clearly states that refunds is processed within 14 days, however when I contacted them when it over 14 days, their response was "it's on track with the timeline". Like ??? How is it on track when it's been OVER 14 days?
Change the wording in your return policy as it is extremely misleading. If it is over 14 days, MAKE IT CLEAR to the customers and update them.

I love my Valerie wig, i was just about to book an appointment and go through a tonne of wigs when I tried one last attempt of buying online and couldnt be happier

As a single mother with Alopecia, I’m constantly trying to find great quality and great looking wigs for an affordable price. And I’m so glad I found Milk & Honey! Beautiful wigs and the customer experience is nice!

Items I purchased were not great quality but more than that, the customer service has been appalling. Returns take over a month and I’ve heard every possible excuse. I really wanted to be able to support a local business but I’ve now had two disappointing experiences. The initial experience eventually having a satisfactory outcome once I spoke to the owner. However, I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I was given the incorrect advice by their staff.

Love mhwigs! I love the wig that I got from mhwigs, It's excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. The team was very helpful and responsive as well, I can't wait to order from them again in the future!

DYING does not even beginning to explain how amazing this wig is! The hairline had me gagged and gooped, the hair is so soft and luscious and I haven’t even cut the lace off, washed or restyled the wig yet! 10/10 recommend her
