Called and they were very quick in getting me a response. Their representative came out the following day and explained the problem and agreed a price and the work was done. On reflection I do think that the job was overpriced as I did some research after the job was done, which I should of done before, to find that similar works with other providers would have been considerably less. Before being sucked in to a price you may think is reasonable please do your research before hand so you don’t get caught out like I was.

First Class in every way.
Very quick to respond to my online request for a quotation. When Kevin arrived the following day I was expecting him to give us a quote and then an idea of when he would be able to do the job. Instead he gave us a quote and said he could do the job right there and then if we accepted. We did and he'd fitted us a roof aerial and TV point in the living room in less than an hour. He was a really pleasant guy who did a great job - what more could anyone ask for! Other than the fact that he'd driven up from Dumfries that morning (a four and a half hour drive) in order to make it so that we would not miss out. Above and beyond - a first class service.

Didnt' turn up twice
I waited several hours and they didnt' turn up. Chased by phone and was promised that they would turn up later today as the person making the first booking had booked the wrong day. Rang again as head nothing further. Turned out they can't come out today after all. No courtesy call. No apology. Nothing.

Friendly quick and knowledgeable
Such a friendly knowledgeable technician. Sorted a dodgy signal and most importantly found the problem and showed me the corroded connections… well it was 28 year old!
More expensive than I expected but as per quote but you pay for knowledge.

Given a two star rating because the fitter arrived!
Strongly advise anyone wanting to have an aerial either fitted or adjusted continue to scroll down on 'Aerial Satellite' and for you to make sure that your fitter is actually local to where he is needed.
The fitter who did my aerial badly damaged the chimney stack and left a job which was far from satisfactory. I am dissatisfied with Stuart the Customer Service Manager who is based in Glasgow(?) and hasn't replied to my letter of complaint. Job done several weeks ago.
Mike Harris is a name which makes one think its local to your neighbourhood - but it would appear to be a national company. It has a Google site which is good at ensnaring the unwary.

Aerial repair
When Ross arrived on site after introducing himself he asked what was the problem with the existing installation.
I told him we intermittently lost the picture on our television. He very quickly established that it was probably caused be the existing aerial being very rusty.
He then replaced the old aerial and tidied up the cabling from the television to the aerial. He then checked it was working correctly.
After another couple of days he called me to make sure it was still working correctly ( clearly someone who cares about the job they do )

Removal of old and worn out sky dish
I moved house and the sky dish was worn and slightly across the front wall. I sent a what’s app message on the Friday evening and by the Monday the morning an engineer arrived, provided a quote and carried the work out. Great service and competitive quote compared to other quotes I received.
