I can’t recommend Mike’s Dive Store enough. I recently sent my diving computer to them for servicing, and unfortunately the courier I used completely lost the parcel and then couldn’t even find the address. The whole situation became incredibly stressful, but Rachel at Mike’s Dive Store supported me every step of the way.
She was so responsive, reassuring, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process, which made such a difference when I was worrying about my computer! Once the parcel finally arrived with them, my diving computer was serviced and sent back out within literally a day such an amazing turnaround time.
The customer service here is honestly fantastic. They really take care of their customers, and you can tell they genuinely care. I also love their range of diving equipment. I don’t have any local dive shops near me with the level of stock and choice they carry, so they’ve become my go-to store.

Customer service is absolutely top drawer! I ordered a few things for a trip that was rapidly approaching and forgot there were bank holidays in the way. So I left a message and as soon as they were back in Rissa contacted me and arranged to get everything out as quickly as they could. One item had been ordered in, but miraculously Rissa pulled everything together and got it despatched next day delivery. Everything was well explained and I was updated whenever new information was available and all over a couple of days. An A++ company, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered a Suunto Vyper Novo dive computer from Mikes Dive Store. It was competitively priced, the package came promptly and best of all, when I opened the package, inside were some lollipops and two copies of Scuba Diver magazine. Certainly put a smile on my face! Great service, Mikes! Will definitely order from you in future. :-)

Ordered a Waterproof wetsuit over the bank holiday weekend, needed it next day for a holiday. Phoned up and spoke to Rachel who was so lovely and super helpful! Unable to expedite the Waterproof wetsuit since it was coming direct from them, so she went through my other options that met my needs (5mm, ladies, stretchy, easy to don/doff). Went with a Scubapro Sport G2 5mm instead.

I use Mikes Dive Store for all my diving needs and they have always been great... helpful, prompt and always have a great attitude... they gave me great advice for my first dive mask and dive computer... never tried to upsell me and got me just what I needed for a new diver... no hesitation at all in recommending them to everyone for their dive needs... and for what it's worth, my brother who's been diving since 1987 also uses them for his dive requirements... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a query about fins and put in a request to chat via whatsapp, got a call shortly after.

Staff were amazing, answering what were clearly noob questions and concerns with patience and good grace.

Superb customer service, went above and beyond in helping me get my delivery really quickly and in time for my dive trip, despite me leaving the first line off my address.

Rachel from Mikes Dive Store went beyond good customer service to try to help my enquiry- I needed prescription lenses fitted to a dive mask. It turns out, my prescription is too much for the off-the-shelf lenses this store provides- but I got a lot of help then to find out where to look for my bespoke needs. Thank you for your help and guidance.

We visited the shop a couple of times, the first time to buy snorkel and mask and the second time for my prescription lenses. Steve was very patient and helpful in finding the right gear for us. He also gave us tips in snorkelling for beginners. Steve’s son fixed my prescription lenses in a flash just before closing and saved us from having to come back another day. We’re super happy with the service, we love this shop!

I was lucky enough to win an incredible prize at the dive show, which was a bundle of kit from Mike’s Dive Store. The communication was excellent and even though I added a few complications about dates I could be at home to receive the package, nothing was too much trouble. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and just as kind in the way they dealt with all communication. I had bought kit from them previously too, and always had a good experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. We wanted full-face snorkelling masks and the staff-member allowed us to try them on in-store to ensure the fit was comfortable and airtight. This all helped with making up our minds to buy really easy. Thank you.

Amazing experience with Mike’s Dive Store. Explained what I needed, they suggested which items I should purchase to secure my camera equipment while snorkelling. Ordered on Friday afternoon and delivered to a remote Scottish island on the Monday. Excellent 👌

My family and I visited the Dive Store on 28th March and were helped by Tom who was exceptionally helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We were looking to purchase diving boots and left the store with exactly what we were looking for and will definitely be returning when we’re looking to purchase other kit. An enjoyable shopping experience.
