I started researching a lease car around six weeks ago through Carwow, and Craig Charlesworth from Milease picked up my enquiry from there.

First private lease and went with Milease because lowest quote for my EV plus nearly all the reviews mention one employee - Craig. Sure enough, quote honoured, still can't get cheaper 6 months on. And Craig reassured me on my prime concern if volatile delivery dates. Before placing order he said 17weeks for that model and why. Sure enough and within a few days of that, it was on my drive. Throughout this period my questions about mats, finance, progress etc were all answered fast and accurately. So. What a good company and a great service.

Very happy with Milease and Craig. Delivery of car was at the earlier end of the delivery window given and service from first call to delivery was excellent. Paperwork all efficient and relatively painless.
Would recommend and use again.
Added to that I’m happy with car ( was prepared to wait for model I wanted and had heard there might be delays which thankfully didn’t occur).
All in all a good positive experience.

Sorting a new lease car could not have been any more simple and straight forward.
Everything was taken care of for me with any question I had addressed in a very timely fashion.
