Need to work on their communications
Need to work on their communications. Told them when ordering the car that I needed it in April. I was advised this was fine. When the car was ready for delivery I was told I had to take it in March (which meant having to arrange an earlier pick up of my old vehicle).
Was told by the delivery driver of the new car that mats would follow a few weeks later. When I followed up with Craig I was told this was incorrect information as the car does not come with mats. However, as a gesture of goodwill I was told a set had been ordered and would be with me soon. It’s now October and I still don’t have them.
Had an issue with the rear parking camera for the first few months of the vehicle. The Milease team could not have cared less. Basically shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn’t their problem.

I feel really stupid after my experience with Milease.
In June I paid the broker fee for a vehicle and given a time of 4 weeks for arrival.
We are now in November and they still can’t get the vehicle to me.
Communication has been very poor and I have had to make contact with them to get updates. After kicking up a fuss I have had 2 emails informing me of further delays.
5 months later and I have had to go elsewhere as I have a young family, infirm parents and we need a car. (We needed one since June)
Milease won’t refund my broker fee for the vehicle they can’t supply me with. From their point of view it’s not their fault and I should wait patiently and one day a car will come. They have no idea when the car will arrive and can’t give me any kind of time frame. The only time I was given a time frame was before I gave them the £240 fee since then they don’t have a clue. How strange.
I understand that delays happen and are outside of the control of the broker but why do I have to loose £240 and be messed around for months on end? It shows a total lack of integrity on their part. This is not a minor delay, it is over 20 weeks past the 4 week lead time I was given.
I hate writing bad reviews but given the total disregard I have been shown I feel it is deserved.
Using this company may go well or it may go badly. Either way they will keep the fees even if they can’t get you a vehicle.
Regarding your response below…. How long should I wait for you to get the car before you acknowledge you can’t supply it? Another 5 months? A year ? At what point do you admit you can’t get it and refund my fees??
