Richard was absolutely fantastic! We met him whilst viewing a property, and knew from that meeting we’d want Richard to list our house. He’s great at what he does without being a pushy sales man, he was really helpful throughout the whole sale and made dealing with a difficult chain painless! In future we will absolutely use him again and have highly recommended him friends and family! Go with Richard, you won’t regret it 😊

Richard has made the whole process of selling my home very easy. He took care of all viewings and coordinating everything with buyers and solicitors, especially when it needed an extra push to the solicitor to get the sale over the line.

I would highly recommend using Richard as he is very honest and upfront with you to keep it real about what is achievable to get a house sold also with great advice to help the sale.
