Richard was great through the whole process of our purchase. He was always on hand for any queries with quick responses. He’s a passionate, insightful and trustworthy estate agent to deal with and was a pleasure to get the move completed through his safe hands. Richard from Miles Byron provides a fantastic service. We had a few difficulties along the way with selling our property, but Richard was so helpful. Richard is responsive, diligent and realistic. We highly recommend him!

Richard was second to none when it came to selling our property, was on hand for us all the time and responded so quickly to absolutely everything and anything.

We had the worst time in selling our house with 3 different buyers, 2 of which had messed us around however something that Richard ensured was that he was excellent throughout helping us at every stage even with these buyers who ultimately messed both us and Richard around.

His rates challenge all the other estate agents locally but on top of that I would argue his service is better than them all, personalised, knew the clients, knew the properties and you weren't dealing with multiple people and offices that didn't know which way was up, I don't want to name drop but some of these agents even charge to sign up to a contract with them which was just ridiculous.

Elite work from Richard, would recommend to all and definitely using for anything else estate related in the future.
