As someone who’s newly retired and now wishes to spend as much time as possible I regularly use Miles Morgan Cirencester.

Kate and the team are simply excellent. Outstanding customer service, brilliant insight and options and fantastic value for money, I’ve not found an alternative that even comes close.

I’d previously spent years booking my own holidays on line. Hotels, car hire, flights, the lot. Miles Morgan Cirencester do that all for me and they’re often cheaper (certainly never more expensive) than my own DIY efforts and without the faff.

The advisor was very knowledgeable and most efficient. She understood our requirements and was quick to contact us wiith further information to enable us to confirm our booking within a few days.

Always helpful and knowledgeable with advice. No pressure to make a decision but recognise one might need to pop back in to explain or clarify something. We have confidence in Cirencester team and after many bookings have not been disappointed. They reliably keep us informed.

Laura in Cirencester has yet again, been exceptionally efficient and provided us with an interesting holiday and found us amazing hotels. We have worked with her since 2008 and she has never ever disappointed us in any way . She has arranged for us to go all over the world, some not on the tourist route, but she does her research and finds some amazing places . She is a real asset to your company and I hope she is always rewarded for her dedication to the job.

Helpful, well-informed travel advice and efficient booking process.

We use MM for all our overseas holiday bookings. The recent booking made with Laura was as efficient as usual. Much prefer dealing with someone face to face.

We booked a holiday with Miles Morgan in Cirencester and found their professionalism and attitude towards our needs to be understanding and caring. A big thank you to Laura.

We came in without a clear idea of what we wanted and Joanne took a great deal of time and patience to go through several options until we found a holiday to suit us.

I dropped into my local Miles Morgan Travel to ask about travel insurance, both staff members were busy with customers, and so the Foreign Exchange Specialist offered me a seat. Whilst waiting I ordered my currency, and then secured my travel insurance once a Travel Specialist became free. Staff were very busy but remained polite and efficient, I would certainly use MM again… one happy bunny!

They talked us through all the options clearly and gave us some brochures to take home to help make our decision. There was no pressure at all, just genuinely helpful advice, and we left feeling confident and excited. The service was so good that we chose to book with Miles Morgan rather than going direct with P&O. A huge thank you!

Joanne is always so quick at responding. She takes time to get to know us and what we want - she relentlessly strives to find it for us. She takes all the pressure off doing everything she can to make the process easy and stress free. She even prints out our luggage labels and boarding passes ready all in an envelope ready to collect. All the ladies are happy to help.
