Great experience - professional but friendly!
Michelle at the Monmouth branch was brilliant!! Very helpful in all aspects of our booking which was challenging as we were booking for friends as well as ourselves, who were not present!! In amongst the serious stuff, we also had lots of laughter!

Great Service
As usual our dealings with Clare has been exceptional. She listened to our requirements on what would be the ideal holiday for us and she found exactly what we were looking for. A very friendly environment instore and we always recommend using the high street shop instead of online every time.
