Thanks to Michelle for arranging our last minute holiday to Kefalonia. She was very helpful in finding out what we wanted and super patient in exploring all options for us until we found a great match for our holiday plans. She also kept a close eye for discounts for us when they applied and so all in all, friendly and helpful service. Thanks to Michelle and Clare in the Monmouth branch, and we're very excited to go away later this month.

All the staff in the Monmouth branch of Miles Morgan are amazing - nothing is too much trouble and they are all so friendly - always offering a cup of coffee when you arrive for an appointment.

Michelle has been fantastic organising our upcoming Great Railways trip and making sure we have our tickets and all the infomation we need.

Clare - who we saw last week - was fantastic sorting out the best river cruise for us - lots of different information for us to look at to make the most informed choice.

It was lovely to see the shop open again & supporting local travellers.
We went in to book a holiday that was in the newly arrived brochure. Even the shop hadn't had the details but Claire was on the case & managed to get us a further discount on the package.
Due to a couple of IT issues, it took longer than we anticipated to complete the booking but we are very happy with the resulting booking.
