Booked a cruise via Miles Morgan Travel. The manageress guided us through the whole process very efficiently and made all the necessary arrangements.
She obviously had a lot of experience and we benefitted from her advice regarding cabin location through to such things as ensuring we had the right insurance cover.

Excellent service from start to finish
Went in for advice on Andalucia and we’re given lots of help/brochures etc
Decided on a holiday but it was almost fully booked

What a pleasure to find good old fashioned customer service alive and well at Miles Morgan Monmouth. All the staff were friendly and helpful but especially the manager Nicki who was efficient, professional and accommodating. She found exactly what I was looking for and personally tweaked things to fit my requirements.
I couldn't recommend this place or the staff more highly for any travel needs.

Agent was really welcoming, confident and professional, she asked a few questions and was then able to find the perfect trip for us, she had personal experience of the trip and was able to answer questions, she understood what we were looking for and was able to offer a variety of options.
We came away feeling confident about our booking, just loved the personal experience touch and the agents knowledge and understanding.

Michelle in Monmouth went out of her way to find us a last minute flight to see family in Malta from the nearest airport. Will definitely use the Monmouth branch again. Thank you.
