A great experience
We were looked after by a very knowledgeable member of the team, Jo, and the whole booking process for our special holiday was a great experience. There is a lovely atmosphere in the shop and everyone made us feel very welcome. Many thanks to Jo and her colleagues.

Friendly and efficient experience.
Claire was very helpful and efficient,showed a good knowledge of the various cabin facilities and any issues with views etc. The shop was bright and clean and had a nice ambiance.
Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again although it involves a 40 minute bus ride from my home.

A great team that will give you a great holiday.
We have been going to MMT for a long time now & the staff there are always welcoming to all & greet everyone that goes in, so a great 1st impression that goes on through all the processes involved with the sourcing/booking of each holiday.
Emilie dealt with us this time & took us through each stage of the holiday also arranging a hotel & car parking nearby to the airport + holiday insurance for us, she is a great asset to your company.

I was struggling to book a flight at…
I was struggling to book a flight at home, either laptop error or more likely, operator error! However, Eloise was really helpful, composed (I hadn't been!) totally professional with a very pleasant, friendly personality.
Within ten minutes she, with speed and ease, booked my flight which after half a day spent trying had totally
defeated me! Well done Eloise and thank you.
