Firstly the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Every question was answered. Very through in explanation of every option. And giving advice on what needs to be done.
The price they came up with was very competitive. Looking forward to using them again

The only reason to go to a travel agent is that they might know about your intended destination or help choosing a destination.
At Wells, Sarah was brilliant (should receive the commission), other girl helpful but less knowledge.
