Truffatori... il pacco era vuoto pieno di cartoni per far peso... vergognatevi 100 € buttati

È una truffa non acquistate nulla da questo sito MILLY SHOP LUXURY. Ho ordinato una borsa di marca, e me ne arrivata un'altra della bancarella del mercato. Pagamento alla consegna, non date nulla al corriere GLS o altre Società di consegna.

Pessima veramente ordinate due borse certo non mi aspettavo l’originale di borsa firmate ma quantomeno che si avvicinasse alla foto veramente pessime 140€ buttati per borse che valgono si è no 15€ l’una..fate molta attenzione

Really nice bags, overall good quality. Delivery to Europe is also quite quick BUT they really need to improve the shipping box. I was lucky most of the time, but the last one came with a big dent on the front. Please don’t put such nice bags into those thin carton boxes :(

I've had a bad experience with this company. If they fix the issue and refund me I'll update this page to let people know, but at present: I ordered 3 bags - 2 arrived after 2 weeks not the 5-10 days stated on the website, and missed the special occasion I bought them for. The third bag hasn't arrived at all. The bags arrived squashed into boxes that were far too small and bent the handles out of shape. Also, they are different sizes to what is advertised on the website. I've asked them for a refund and I'm waiting for a reply. They state 24-48 hours for a reply and it's passed that now. If anyone had a bad experience and took action, can you tell me what you did as I'm not sure what my next step is.

I just love my Jacqueline 30cm in grey. The leather is beautiful, stitching perfect. It is a stunning everyday bag.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden,Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmen,es wäre naiv mit französischen Artikel zu vergleichen.
Der Service ist gut, es gibt mehrere Updates zu dem Versand Status (wo sich die Tasche gerade befindet).
Die Lieferung ist auch schnell .
Ich würde mich freuen,wenn die Mia midnight auch in pink oder in blush hue gäbe.

This is my favorite bag. Himalaya 28cm. So many compliments. The perfect size and goes with everything. I have 3 Mille bags now (2 for myself and one I am gifting). 5 star product. Extremely well made. Nicely packaged and delivery as expected. I had a problem with a lock accessory and they quickly responded to my email and sent a replacement out asap. Now it’s perfect. I Highly recommend Mille Bags.

I have purchased 3 bags from this company so far, each one being absolutely beautiful. They use thick, high quality leather, the stitching is perfect, and I have received many compliments on my bags. I have had 1 issue with the lock and key on one of my bags, and when I reached out to customer service, they were quick to respond and rectify the situation. I know I will be back to order more bags.

I have ordered 2 different bags from Mille and love them. They are genuine leather and are top notch quality. The hardware and leather is beautiful and sturdy. They come with a dust bag for storage and the shipping was about 15 days. I will order again.

Very impressed with the products, delivery time and customer service. All in all a straight forward transaction, the most recent bag is well made, my wife loves it and has left it out in her walk in wardrobe as it matches the decor !! Nothing negative to say at all, my experience with Mille has been nothing but fantastic compared to other companies used in the past whose products are sub-standard, take forever to arrive and if there is an issue you get ignored. None of these apply to Mille Bags, their products and service speak for themselves; highly recommended.
