Shipping is reasonable with frequent updates from tracking number and the customer service is equally great. I had issue with one of the bag's lock key but they sent me a replacement very quickly. Would rate zero stars if I could. I purchased the Celine bag for $180 which was advertised as “cream color” and photo showed a cream colored purse. What arrived was brownish grey. When I asked for an exchange or refund, they refused and did not offer any alternatives. Would never shop here again unless I wanted to be scammed

It’s scam!!! Now more then a month still didn’t get my order !

Do not trust! You will not receive an invoice, only an order confirmation. The seller is not named on the confirmation. You can't cancel the purchase either, although this is required by law in the EU and UK. Even if you ask, you will not be given the seller's address to return the bag. Very dubious at best.

I have been trying to cancel my impulse buy! About 2 mins after I ordered, but they refused to acknowledge my request. I have been emailing, instagraming but to no avail! The handbag arrived its shoddy Badly made! Not as advertised. I am still trying to get them to send me a return label & an address to send it back to!!!😡😡

Per carità . Non capisco come possano continuare a spacciare quei pezzi di plastica in borse di pelle . 100 euro buttate per una borsetta che al massimo ne vale 20 comperata al mercato . L azienda afferma di essere Londinese … invece tutto proviene dalla Cina . State alla larga .
