This is FAKE. Literally plastic called “real leather” absolute trash

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased their MIA midnight bag and received an order confirmation email on 08 October 2024. Since then, I have not received a tracking number for my order or any other updates. I have emailed them and received no response. I have also reached out to them via instagram. They continue to ignore my messages while they post stories.
THEY ARE THIEVES.

I placed an order on June 26th, since I saw an influencer’s post about a bag.
I then read some negative reviews about the service, so I got worried.
But I must say, everything was perfect! The bag arrived on July 4th.
It came in a dust bag, and the bag was inside it in another sort of dust bag, with protection on hardware.
Very satisfied!

PS. For reference on shipping times, I’m from Italy.

Loved my bag. The leather is quality, but a little stiff. The metal accents are also quality and all was packaged very well with lots of protection. Bag is heavy, as this type of bag would be expected to be. I anticipate it will last a long time. I have been using it for several months and still looks brand new. I got the Gabriella bag in the larger size and it is perfect for what I wanted. It took quite a while to receive, but anytime I inquired, I received prompt assurances that my order was processing and I was not forgotten.
