I ordered the Bramwell Casual Linen Blazer from Miller & Hill, advertised as a linen jacket. After a very long delivery delay, I received a poor-quality product that appears to be made of synthetic polyester rather than linen.

I requested a return and a full refund, but the company has dragged out the process through endless emails, offering me just a 20% refund to keep an item that does not match its description.

Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

Ordered a 4x jacket, when it arrived was labeled as such, but might be a boys large. Was offered 20% to keep it, on a jacket valued at $217. Or ship it back for full refund at my cost. Which works out to be $185. This company should be blacklisted for false advertising

After seeing a jacket on X, I researched the company which is registered in the US. I ordered the jacket on 8/10, but the product didn’t arrive until 24/10 after shipment from China.
The jacket came with no branding and no care advice. The bag it was packaged in was clear plastic again with no branding. The Garment itself is poor quality and not worth the £95 I paid. It’s likely another pop up Chinese company who market as UK/US company. I wouldn’t use them again.

The jacket i bought is adequate, but poor quality, for the price its ok, but I wont be using Millerandhill again, very disappointing, its a jacket for when i don't care how i look or I'm gardening!!!

Looks like a Chinese drop shipping scam. I ordered Size 10 boots and size 9 arrived. After complaining they sent a standard AI letter apologising for sending a shirt I wasn't happy with! And said I could have a refund if I sent it by return post to China! (Paying all postage and taxes my side) I have no idea how to do import paperwork to China but suspect this could go wrong. Don't buy online if avoidable

The quality is absolutely not worth the price. It’s cheaply made in China. On top of that, it was shipped loose in a bag, not even in a box. Very poorly packaged.
I should have looked first at Trustpilot before I bought the shoes.

I ordered a coat for £146 after seeing an advert online. Straight after ordering, I realised it was being shipped from overseas, which wasn't made clear on the advert or at checkout. I emailed to cancel the same day, 9 October 2026, before the order had even been prepared.

Miller & Hill didn't reply until 15 October, nearly a week later, and by then they had shipped it anyway. They confirmed in writing that I had cancelled before dispatch, yet still refused a full refund. My only options were a 20% partial refund, or paying to send the coat back to China myself. I won't pay for an international return on an order I cancelled within hours.

When the coat arrived, it was nothing like the advert. It felt worn and tired, more like something from a second-hand shop than new stock. The lining is thin, cheap synthetic material and arrived badly creased, and the outer fabric is nowhere near the quality shown. In my opinion, it isn't worth even £1.

I've now had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

My advice:

• Check where a seller actually ships from before ordering from a social media advert.
• Pay with a method that gives you buyer protection.

I was happy to recieve my jacket and find it, not only to be beautiful, but to fit properly, as well. The sleeves were perfect.

This website is a total scam , product is made in bad quality , not what they say . They send a wrong sise , and they are lying about refund . Don't buy from them .

Bought the bomber jacket advertised. Down from 200 to 100. Its not worth 10 euro. Extremely bad quality

Pure garbage, a scam !!! No link with reality and pictures

I ordered a tweed jacket in Extra large. After two to three weeks I received a scruffy looking jacket screwed-up in a plastic bag with no labels and no identification. I'd originally ordered a Herringbone design and received a Stripe design I ordered extra large and received extra small although it was labelled XL and there was no reference to the material being Tweed. This is going back to Miller and Hill, and if I don't get a refund I will go through my bank claiming that they have misrepresented themselves which is fraudulent

The shirt is a good fit and comfortable. I have only had the shirt less than one week. Delivery was real slow.
