I have tried to cancel my subscription 5 times. No luck. They keep sending me food. It seems to me that they think they can wear you down to where you just give up. Don’t order from this company if you ever want to cancel a subscription. There business model seems to be, we roped you in, now you are stuck.

Called and had my order on hold till I called back. And to change it since my poodles are allergic to chicken. They just shipped out food with out reaching out to me. And sent what my dog is allergic to. Do not buy food from this company. Also have called 4 times today only to get call cancelled.

Mills pet food is a scam! They turn your order into a subscription and then drag you along not enabling you to cancel it. Beware !!!

My order had several delivery problems and they kept saying that they have the correct address but every time the order was sent back to them. I’ve had this issue since I started and so far I have received just 2 after many many phone calls to customer service who are kind but can’t do much. yes very disappointed. I’m going to cancel my subscription but looks like that’s difficult too.

This is a follow up to a review I write a couple days ago. Later that day my order was cancelled/not shipped as requested. A refund us being processed
A representative reach out via email and made suggestions to remedy my situation. I did receive a phone call and after some discussion I decided to give a 2week try with a different food. We’ll see if that works. My subscription is placed on hold until February. At that point I’ll make a decision.
Overall the representative was very pleasant and helpful. I still feel that there needs to be a better means of communication for customers, especially if they have concerns or problems.

Overall the food seems to be of quality, but it is expensive.

The packages of food weighted more than the serving size of Science Diet, Acana or Orijen.

The membership is difficult to cancel as it cannot be completed online (I was told this feature was working and they lied or no one checked. Not sure which is worse).

Very first warning should be have to give personal information to even see any of three recipe ingredient list nutritional analysis or leave review. Only subscriptions allowed. No recycling logo. Have to use their questionnaire and computations of daily MER given in ounces. Hard to believe the undisclosed manufacturer fills each daily bag with exact oz for each order. Kcal/cup numbers very low meaning coated kibble is not nutrient dense and non meal chicken only a third of recipe. Gimmicks to sell expensive veggies and fillers. Nothing about company, sourcing, manufacturer, testing, quality control, research, professionals. MER and RER calculators abundantly available online. Use Kcal/cup on food package to get daily feeding. Why pay and trust someone else only motivated by profit?
