Ordered my vanity over the phone
Ordered my vanity over the phone. Angelina was very helpful and efficient. Had been waiting on a vanity from another local company for over a month. Amazing customer service from Mimicoco. Angelina was great, aware of our deadlines for the build Angelina went above and beyond and personally delivered the item over the weekend to ensure we'd have it on site ready for install on the Monday.

Warehouse oversight
The after sales support was really efficient and helpful when I requested to change the colour of the Domus shower base that I ordered. The delivery delayed was because the warehouse has missed my order but I only found that out after I followed it up with them. Fortunately the after sales support rectify the issue as soon as they could.

I reached out to several businesses for a large fragile mirror cabinet. Angelina at Mimicoco was the only one in Australia who responded quickly, thoroughly & happily. At all times I felt like every aspect of my order was in safe hands. Today, it arrived safely (so quick!) & we are thrilled. Had anything gone wrong, I also know Angelina would have helped us without stress. Beautiful quality products from a very caring and genuine place.

The order process was easy but,even after many requests, i didn't receive a confirmation email and invoice or given an eta.
Though the product ariived quite quickly.
Also the product is not as per the picture even though the product details on the packaging is correct.
