Angelina from customer service has been most helpful and responsive when addressing sales enquiries and clarification questions. Excellent customer service. Great, customer focused attitude which made sales process smooth and painless. Mimicoco website is well designed, responsive and easy to navigate. My only suggestion is to improve the timing of communications relating to delivery of products as I had to follow up to get the delivery timing info. Although I haven’t checked contents of boxes for any damage during transit, there is no sign of damage to any of the boxes. I highly recommend mimicoco and would buy again
