Great product. Inefficient delivery company.
My product was received yesterday ( although the DPD delivered to the wrong address.) My experience with Minervaparts however I found to be very helpful and efficient. I would purchase from again, if I needed to.

I can see you sent us a query on 02/04 and received a response from us 48 hours later, and I can see a further communication from you that was responded to earlier this evening - I apologise for the delay in coming back to you about the incorrect part you ordered, this one is a little outside of how long we would usually take to respond to queries.
We have sent you a further link which should be the part you are looking for - as advised in the communication, a picture of this part will be added on monday and we would advise you wait until then to check the picture against the part you require before ordering.

Argos Customer Support provided the steer that Minerva Parts would be able to supply a fan belt for a Bush 3Kg Tumble Dryer. Much relief when their web site pictured the part I had been searching for, for days.
Simple ordering process at acceptable price and excellent customer communication. Delivery most efficient via DPD. Part was correct, has been fitted and we are tumbling again.
