Worst in the business
The quality of TMC's work is the worst. Lots of misalignment, shoddy print and scratches on final product. They use digital renders on their store as the final physical products are nowhere near that quality. They sometimes print on bootleg LEGO and look like low quality knockoffs.
The owner has asked his discord fans to post positive reviews to try and cover up the authentic, verified 1 star reviews from customers who have received wrong orders, or haven't received theirs at all. He has blocked and suspended payment from anyone who dares criticise his business, hence why people are using different emails.
Much better and cheaper alternatives out there, don't waste your money on an order that will be scratched, low quality and may not even arrive.
Great figs for a great price
Great figs for a great price. I can't complain about anything as I've had perfect quality figs and accessories arrive with perfect shipping.
Best Custom Figs
Probably one of the best custom minifig companies out there, if not THE best. I've never had a problem with their shipping, or products for that matter. Although I've heard their CS is not the best, I have sent an email due to a wrong head I received, and haven't had a response yet, I am totally fine with the head I got as it personally didn't matter for me that much. Their product qualities are amazing, and I don't what people are talking about when they say that TMC copies other companies designs lol. All in all, 100% recommend TMC if you want a high quality custom fig or accessory.

Still not received those hands you promised
As the title suggests, you said you’d send me a pair of replacement hands for my Arachnid Hero I don’t know how long ago, they still never arrived. Probably because you never shipped them.
I think you know who I am.
TMC, we’ve talked on Instagram and I have receipts to prove this. You can continue to lie and give out my personal information to try and save your reputation, or you can send those hands you promised you would two years ago.

The owner is so childish…
The owner is so childish and nonprofessional accusing companies he clearly steals designs from of stealing his designs. Then blocking and banning anyone who doesn't agree with him.
Disappointed
I am a reasonable customer, I give companies and businesses the benefit of the doubt as mistakes can happen. But this business? I cannot. What this business has done is so bad and toxic that I have to make an account and give this business the bad rating it deserves!
The owner of the company does a poor job of handling customer service and on social media such as on Instagram. Where I see stories people sharing them being confronted by the company's owner who caused drama with users like "comfier_than_lego" or ignore and ghosting people such as "minifiglabor", or images of the company on discord disrespecting and blocking other competitors and harassing other community members with opinions critical of TMC, or joining groups who have been vocally against the company, intending to cause further discourse. Also, it is unprofessional to be using the company's name and the business itself to interact with social media. Rather Garett should make a separate account used for socializing so that way the company can stay professional.
I understand it is competition and businesses trying to make money. But it disappoints me seeing people's stories where the company is going after their customers, those who waited for months on their orders, those who commissioned but were given a bad end product, or those who were given the wrong/mixed orders and were trying to be reasonable on some of these small simple mistakes.
Overall I am upset that I have to make this negative review, but it is frankly too much and I have to say something and take action, which is to write these negative reviews so others will know. I've been a loyal customer in the past but their repetitive negative behavior on social media is too much to look away from.
Seller Blocks Customers, Slow Shipping
I was a customer of TMC, but one day when looking for new releases I noticed I had been blocked by their Instagram account. When I asked on Twitter if they could look into it, or at least give me a reason why, I received no answer and was blocked there, too.
After talking to other customers, apparently this is something that TMC does regularly if you post too many images that include customs from a competing company called Citizen Brick.
Between this and sometimes taking a month or two to ship orders, I've decided to no longer be a TMC customer.
Horrible customer service. Owner is rude/immature.
Horrible customer service/activity in the community. Owner is extremely rude/immature to anyone who is slightly critical of his business. He'll probably report this review simply because he can't take criticism.
*Edit, he reported it, but it was verified. Because these reviews aren't "fake" as he claims. They are genuine experiences.
Failed Commission
Commissions took an unacceptable amount of time. Delivered misprinted products several time. Poor communication throughout the entire experience with a failed end result I can't even use.
Edit: After reaching out to me through Instagram messages he threatened to sell private designs for public use, and insulted me instead of having a conversation about the wrong that was done.
Great company I get the stuff I ordered
Great company I get the stuff I ordered and when there's a problem like a missing arm they send a replacement or help solve the issue
Great products for a great price
Great products for a great price. Very high quality figs with near perfect alignment. Never had any issues with any figs or had any missing. Shipping can be a bit faster but that’s about it. Overall a great company and I would highly recommend

Great company. The market for custom Lego is one with many options but I constantly choose TMC! Obviously the company (like any) has areas they can improve on, i look forward to the future!

Best Custom Lego Printing Company! 100% Recommend
I have made over a dozen orders from The Minifig Co and all arrived perfectly. 100% would recommend buying from the company. Printing quality is also the best there is in my opinion.

Very high quality products. Great prints. I am very happy with my order. The only problem was with the delivery. The package (it looks like the shipping field from the USA) was not tracked.
The order had to wait a long time. almost 3 months. But I think it's because of the pandemic

Awesome product, horrible customer service. I ordered a figure and it never came in. All the while I attempted email communication twice with the seller to figure something out. Never responded. I then requested a PayPal refund (Thankfully I paid through PayPal) and received this in response from them "16 days is not “three plus weeks”, perhaps it’s not too hard to look at the date once and a while. No contact from you has been received. Order is shipped, no refunds." I had to report a higher claim to PayPal.
I really want to support this business! It's an awesome product that I want to start a mini historical collection of! But when I get no communication, degraded, and un-professional responses like this what am I left to do?

It's pretty sad when that's the reply you get from the company. The pandemic has yet to effect any of my purchases from other companies. Borderline pathetic excuse, honestly. Let's try something better.
