This is just a vile seller

This is just a vile seller. I am very sorry that I first made an order and then read the reviews. Extremely dissatisfied with this seller. Moreover, instead of apologizing, the seller starts a war with the buyer. I was upset when I received an empty box with no order. The money was never returned to me.

This "Merchant" is a joke!

If I could give negative stars I would. I wish I would have seen all of these other reviews before ordering from this POS. He is beyond rude, and has zero regard for his customers. He answers emails days later without actually "answering" your questions. He is condescending and just has a general attitude. Don't bother asking him for updates on your order, even when more than a week has passed, because it is about the most inconvenient thing you could ask of him. I wouldn't have even dreamed of spending money on this BS product, but it was my Nephews Only birthday gift on his wish list. Whatever, I will dispute it anyway. Fair warning to other patrons! UPDATE per merchant's request: my order eventually arrived, weeks later, but I had to block him due to continued bullying regarding this very review, which has nothing but factual information about my experience with this one man show. Also, my Nephew's other Aunt also ordered from this company, the same day I did, and guess what...? She hasn't received her order, or a response from this guy either!

No order, no people skills, no class.

I orderd something and never recieved it. The curt response after my inquiry about my order was "It's a problem with USPS, not us". OK, so then I contacted the USPS and they said they had no record of the order. I told minifig about this and didn't hear from them for a long time. I contacted them again. No response. Waited a few more days, no response. Waited again and used another e-mail provider just in case. Got a very snarky response right away: "We've been rather busy with our event aftermath (I can see you haven't noticed), but I've went ahead and cancelled your small order of $....." Wow. Talk about textbook passive agressive. I didn't know they had "events". I'm sure they are however, epic to say the least. No apology, no thank you, just little jabs. And my small order: I'll go to a more qualified minifig company.
And as you can see from his responses to the other reviews, no people skills.

An amazing company run by a great guy

An amazing company run by a great guy. He can be a little slow to get back to you unfortunately, but the rest is all smooth. Unfortunately my order of some heads was lost by USPS, but he sent me some new ones right away. Very fair prices and really great communication.

Horrible customer service.

I was a loyal TMC customer for almost a year, made 4 orders from this company, but every next time customer service was getting worse.
First time everything was good, my order was shipped on the next day and I was amazed by quality of the products (not gonna lie, TMC figures are very good), but on the second time they couldn't ship my order for two weeks. I thought it's not the best service, but maybe next time will be better. But saddly, it wasn't.
I made two orders on TMC's Black Friday event, which they could't ship for almost a month! But even when I got my order I found out there was a wrong item. Well, not good, but it's nothing terrible in one little mistake, right? I contacted them via officail TMC instagram page and misunderstanding was quickly solved: they offered me a gift-card as a compensation. I ageed and gave them a number of my order as they asked me. But this message wasn't read for a few months. When I commented one of their post mentioning my issue they read my message and that's all. No gift-card, or even message.
I would never considered this a scam, because once again it was just a little mistake, but after that I started to see other TMC customers were treated the same: gift-card promised, but never sent. Doesn't seem like a mistake this time, if you ask me. So, I decided to bring awarness to this problem. Not because I needed a gift-card or other compenstation, but because it's simply not right and because serious companies don't have to act like that towards their loyal customers.
After that they messaged me saying: "Not a scam if you got a product worth what you paid." I wish they got the same attitide buying something.
But it's not all, they also shifted responsibilities for their mistake on me and called me a "bad person", which is just ridiculous for a serious business. Not even mentioning the childish and arrogant behavior. After that conversation they banned me in the Instagram and deleted my account with ~200 studs on their website.
With all that being said, I do not recommend you to buy anything from this company, if you respect yourself and care about your mental health.

P. S. As you all can see, it's not the only review here about bad customer service, maybe the problem isn't in us?

P. P. S. I like how that "person" is trying to exuse his incompetence claiming all negative reviews are lie.
He also reported this review as an advertising one, because I put here link on my conversation with the company, lol.

I ordered multiple times at minifigco…

I ordered multiple times at minifigco from the Netherlands and the pricing & quality of minifigs and accesories that you are receiving as a customer are genuinely superb.

Having said that, i honestly hope you guys will hire someone for customer support when there are questions about an order. I tried multiple times thru chats, emails and the information-button to contact you about an order that was not being shipped, but to no avail unfortunately.

I always get my orders from TMC but a happy and confident customer is a recurring customer. Hope you appreciate this constructive criticism and keep up the good work.

Company berates individual person

I posted a simple comment on their Instagram stating that the price of something was too expensive for what it was. Every person that replied to me was supporting me but the minifig co berated me and talked down to me and again the people replying to my comment were saying that a company shouldn't talk to a customer in they way they did to me. As an added measure the page decided to block me. How professional. I was going to fill an order that would've been worth £200 (as it was coming up to Christmas) but as a result of their harassment I took my business somewhere else. I implore people not to waster their time on this excuse for a company.

*edit* I was not trolling their page. I simply stated that something seemed a bit too expensive and they told me to "get a better job" etc and i have the screenshots to prove it

*edit 2* I wasnt able to log into this account for 7 months and I haven't forgotten what you said to me. Nice try though minifigco, the screenshots don't lie :)

Great product, bad customer service/support

This seller has fantastic artwork for his custom military minifigure designs. Some of the cleanest and nicest looking in this hobby, and generally very good historical accuracy as well. Colors are especially vibrant compared to their competitors.

Which makes it such a shame that his customer service/support is so hit and miss. He never answers his emails, so if you have a problem with an order, it will probably be completely ignored and you have to eat the loss.

So a somewhat mixed bag overall. As long as everything goes smoothly, this store make some great stuff, but just be aware it's a bit of a gamble every time you order from them.

Avoid this website, especially if you do a 'custom' order

If you are not OK with the most appalling customer service imaginable, then I strongly advise to avoid this website. This 'business' shirks any & all responsibility & goodwill to their customers.

We made a 'custom' order, parting with hundreds of dollars, based on (clearly) being told the order would be ready in 4-6 weeks (before our payment). Luckily, we 'requested' a full invoice. After 2.5 months, we dared to only enquire where our order was and when we could expect to receive it and received, as usual, an aggressive, non-apologetic, unhelpful reply - with still no date as to when we would receive our order. After contacting Paypal, & their review of the correspondence, they strongly advised us to apply for a refund. My Son, a minor, then received (directly) another aggressive email saying he is 'banned' from using the website (he had no intention of making further purchases). After sending Paypal all substantiating proof, they advised the case was ruled in our favour & gave the minifigCo 10 days to ship us our order, or issue a refund. MinifigCo did not even respond to Paypal. Paypal then requested they grant a refund - which was finally processed. The abysmal customer service & treatment is shocking to say the least. There are other clients who made orders at the same time who are still waiting for their orders, one other minor being told by the owner, (who can only be described as an adult bully) his order will be ready 'one day'.

I would also suggest that you refer to this website's T&C which do not adhere to basic consumer statutory rights. Thank goodness for Paypal who always overrule any cowboy T&Cs & recognise bad practise. This website's many dissatisfied clients complain, for some reason, only via various social media.

Please just be aware, if you are waiting beyond 180 days for your order, you will have no paypal protection whatsoever and therefore no recompense if you decide you do not want to deal with this scam of a website.
