Cancel your Miway insurance as soon as possible.

If you have an existing insurance with Miway leave as soon as possible. I was in an accident on Thursday. I called numerous times, nothing. I messaged them numerous times. Tried submitting a claim online (it doesn't work)

I'm a comprehensive member. They make bold claims, but say they will call you back and never call back. They don't even care if you hurt.

The other insurance company Santam already contacted their client but Miway (niks nada) they don't care about you and will not help. So please save your money. I'm telling you they are by far the worse.

Robot calls

Robot calls. No company that cold calls me will ever get my business. If you want to inconvenience me with your sales robot calls, you can jump off a cliff. Learn to do business properly. Not this scam shite.

Pathetic service yet again

Pathetic service yet again, with poor effort, this is after I was a client for many years back in the day. Nice one Miway, being told you dont want me as a client due to claims history but only had 1 claim back in 2009, then when I ask for a list he all of a sudden cant access my profile? Pathetic

I refer issue is a lie

I refer issue is a lie, I referred a friend to do a quote and they transfer me R300 and when my friend paid his first premium they started to tell me stories. Because it was the time to pay me R700. Today marks 2 months my friend paid his premium and still no R700. When I call I'm told let's escalate this matter and I will call you back and they do not call me back. So they just want us to give them customers with empty promises

Most expensive car insurance

The most expensive car insurance company on the market. In December 2024 I've received a call from MiWay saying they can get my premium to under the R700 mark. Now that I enquired not only doesn't the website work when I want to do an online quote but the premium is over R1 400? Are you mad? The only reason a person is with MiWay is because you haven't done proper homework.

Worst company

Good day

This company is a joke. Such a big company without customer service.

It's been a 1 Month since I have not gotten response to my matter. C1752990.

The legal advisor left the company and now my claim has been handed to a new legal advisor.

6 November and still not gotten my car fixed. We heading into the festive season and all workshops are closing but they don't care.

I had a phone call phone from new legal advisor and her attitude stinks. She tells me over a call that my claim was handed to her this morning because the other lady left and now i must wait for feedback until Friday and I must call in to follow up. How is this my problem that people leave the 1company and there is no control over 3rd party claims. I won't stop posting bad reviews until I can get proper feedback. Why must I call in and ask for feedback my car was hit by a Miway client why is this my problem now. My time wasting to just get told no feedback. The person that hit my car his car was fixed within a week but it was his fault my car looks like this. I WANT FEEDBACK!!!!!!
