This was my first experience in printing a book. The process was fairly smooth, the site was easy to upload to. There is always a bit of a learning curve, but I felt it was very easy to learn the site. I would not hesitate to print more books here.

I still haven’t received my order - it’s been two weeks past the delivery date. I missed my event that these were for. And no one seems concerned or has delivered on what they said they would do (getting back to me etc)
The tracking order provided showed as delivered but… to another province. I was told it was the incorrect tracking number. I was later told it was being shipped out that day, with a new tracking number, a week later it does appear to be moving so we shall see!

Great product, great service. It really exceeded our expectations for our coffee table book.

Very good work

There were major alignment issues on multiple pages despite customer service assuring me that these were “checked by print specialists” who “saw no issues”. The alignment errors were NOT visible in the digital proofs.

*Outstanding* customer service in every interaction I've had with Mixam. Clear explanations and patient assistance helped me to navigate several procedures that were completely new to me. They didn't just tell me what had to be done. They actually did it for me!

The ease of use. The way the website helps you visualize the book before you even make any kind of compromise. The speed of delivery is amazing too. It was like a week. No problems no hassle. Thanks so much. Will print more soon!

Amazing quality

Took a few days to get a reply, but once seen staff were very helpful.

The quality of the printing and the pricing is excellent. The website is intuitive and visually interesting. The only issue I had was the delay on delivery which was not adequately communicated to me. However the delivery process was smooth and secure. If Mixam could be clearer on their delivery windows, they'd have gotten a perfect rating from me. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

This isn't my first time working with Mixam. In the past, I was very impressed with the quality of their products. However, this time I was a little disappointed because they didn't pay enough attention to details in the prints I received. Also, the lack of an alternative shipping option besides UPS is also disappointing. 2.5 stars

I wrote my first children's book and am so glad I found Mixam. It was such an easy process to order and I have already ordered again. Both times they had it at my door before the expected date which made it perfect for bringing them to our markets amd relying on 5hem to be here on time amd OMG they look so awesome.
