We had a Openreach installation booked for Fibre to the Premise (fttp), in North Devon, which was outsourced to M J Quinn. Ferhat turned up to do the work, he was very friendly and tried his absolute best to complete the work required. Unfortunately years of build up in the ducting had blocked the route to the street, despite this Ferhat tried many ways to unblock the route and spent a lot of time and effort trying to fix something that ultimately should not have been his problem.

Whilst ultimately trying to unblock the duct was not successful, I cannot fault his effort to try to get the issue sorted. He still completed the remainder of the work, the part that could not be completed is now assigned back to Openreach.

The engineer Mohamed Bah arrived within the stated time frame,he explained the process was easy to understand and completed the work efficiently and in the manner he had stated. He left my property clean and tidy having explained the new set up.

Mohammed haroon was the engineer that came out and fitted my fibre line to my house, he was very polite explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done to the highest standard possible even going the extra mile to offer to clear up any mess he made. He was a very cheerful person and made experienced stress free and easy to understand. Very good service would 100% recommend.

Damien Richardson installed my internet today, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
He arrived exactly when he said he would, was friendly, professional, courteous, and incredibly tidy throughout the installation. He went above and beyond, making sure everything was completed to a very high standard. Even after I told him several times that I could clean up the mess myself, he insisted on doing it, leaving everything spotless.
Damien also took the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure I understood how everything worked before he left. His professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service really stood out.
An outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Damien and would happily give him 5 stars.

Mr Haroon turned up punctually have first contacted us. He was very polite and helpful. He sorted out my son's faulty WiFi and helped me connect. Also he did some additional work to ensure the wires were secure which I did not expect.
We have been having trouble contacting other staff at BT so he was a complete breath of fresh air

Damien turned up on time, explained the work involved and what drilling that had to be done, did his work and left the place spotless… thanks Damien 👍👍👍👍👍

Had a lovely guy come to fit my full fibre connection on 10 july26. He was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. I showed him where my previous BT socket came into the house and he advised what was best. Despite the horrible heat, he worked very hard pulling up all the covers in the street and getting cables through. He was clean and tidied up inside and the street regarding the cables and packages and then showed me how to get it up and running and how to do speed tests etc. he made sure it was all working before he left. Only thing was I didn’t get his name which I wish I had so he could get the credit he deserves. Very lovely gentleman and a credit to the company. Very impressed

Will arrived from M J Quinn and informed me I was last on his list. He had contacted me earlier to say he would be delayed which was fine.
I was kept well informed throughout the process of positioning and routing of cable and discussed best positioning of box etc.
All very professionally done, methodical and time taken for best aesthetic appearance for cabling in front of house. Friendly guy and nothing too much trouble considering very hot day.
Would certainly recommend.

Mohammed Haroon carried out my installation this morning, he was extremely polite, friendly, explained in detail what the work entailed, he is very knowledgeable about the works carried out and I was extremely impressed with his attitude to his work.

Mj Quinn was sent to us by openreach as we had new full fibre broadband with EE open reach asked me for a review on trustpilot but I thought I should leave a review for you guys directly as well. The engineer was fantastic. No issues whatsoever really quick and efficient five stars. I can see why open reach use you guys

Had problems with my broadband and had an engineer sent out. Damien Richardson done a top notch job fixing it after 2hours. He explained everything he was doing step by step. Couldnt thank him enough for fixing it. Totally deserves the 5 stars.

Was over the moon with the service was provided by Reece who actually fixed my problem had been going on since April 2026 I can’t thank him enough I was so grateful to him. It’s a pity some of the morons that did come out wouldn’t fix it . They just kept coming up with excuses not to do it. So finally fixed 03 07 2026, Keep Reece top class member of staff.Thank you once again Reece.

We had Lewis Hembury (hope I have the correct spelling) here today to install full fibre broadband to our property in Somerset. He was excellent. A great communicator, professional, thorough, checked all was working before he left and tidied everything away. EE had made a right mess of our order, cancelling it twice, so I ditched them but they were unable to give an order number to Openreach for MJ Quinn to cancel the installation. Lewis arrived thinking we were having 2 lines installed because EE couldn't sort it out!! He had to first ensure the installation was correctly billed to Plusnet and then ensure the EE order was finally and fully cancelled. Anyway, in spite of EE and the heat, Lewis was unflappable and got the job done efficiently and quickly. We are delighted and relieved. Thank you Lewis.
