Mohammed Haroon was a pleasure to have as our installation engineer. Clear and friendly communication and tidy work.

The Engineer, Jack Goulty who attended today exceeded my expectations. He was polite, efficient and helpful. He respected my home, cleaned the area he had been working in and explained the lights on the new box. He made sure that my mobile and tv were connected and working before he left.

Outstanding customer service and excellent fault finding abilities from Brandon Whitbread in skelemersdale. He went out of his way to help me get my internet back on which has been off since the weekend. Cant fault the service given, keep it up 👍

Mohammed Haroon came out to do the digital switchover for me today and he was excellent. He explained everything before starting the installation, checked that I was happy for him to proceed and showed me everything he had done before he left.
He was extremely polite and courteous and a credit to MJ Quinn.

MJQ attended our house today to upgrade the service and we were very happy with the service provided by the engineer (Mohammed).

Mohammed Haroon came to fit our Internet this morning, really nice guy he was very pleasant and very efficient he explained everything he had to do and again explained what he had done when he had finished, great job.

MJ Quinn are terrible. Installed ONT in the wrong place. They came back to sort it out but the next engineer just laughed and said I'm not doing that and left. Then booked another appointment and they didn't turn up. This has been going on for a month now with no resolution.

Billi came to my house today to set our internet. Excellent and very professional. Would recommend to anybody. 10/10 top marks from me. Bev

When my 82-year-old Mum got up this morning there was a van (an MJ Quinn ('on behalf of Openreach')) van, as it turned out) parked right in front of and obscuring her front windows, despite there being a large parking area beside the building she lives in. My Mum then opened her door to find an MJ Quinn employee (but to my Mum it was a stranger, a man) walking back and forth across her private property (a patio area at the side of the house) with a ladder and cables, having opened 2 gates (front and rear) on my my Mum's property to give himself access to my Mum's patio area. He said 'Hi' to my Mum but did not explain what he was doing (when he first arrived to do work for a neighbour he should have rang my Mum's doorbell to explain what he was doing (as it turned out, installing or modifying my Mum's upstairs neighbour's internet connection) and at least be courteous enough to ask if it was ok to access my Mum's (not her neighbour's) property. He just carried on intrusively walking back and forward through her garden, ***despite the fact he could have taken the ladders to the back of the property through the neighbour's house anyway, there was no need to access the rear of the property through my Mum's patio area.***

After several minutes of my Mum and I feeling very uncomfortable about this person freely walking through our gates and past the front door, I went to the door and as he next walked past I asked him what he was doing, to which he replied 'Installing your neighbour's internet...is that alright?' I then asked him how long this was going to take and he said about 10 minutes.

I went back inside the house for
more than 10 minutes, he walked past my Mum's door again and I looked out to see him still standing at my Mum's front gate, having just closed it, but instead of closing the gate and immediately walking back to his van and driving away (as the work for the neighbour had at that point been completed) he was standing facing back towards my Mum's patio area and front door with an electronic device in one hand and his other hand still on the latch of the metal gate.
I just wanted the gate closed and for this MJ Quinn employee to go away and stop making my Mum and I feel intruded upon and uncomfortable, so I walked to the gate and, with the closed gate between us I asked him what he was doing still standing there at the gate. At this point he had still not removed his hand from the metal latch of the gate, despite the gate being closed, but he said 'I'm just making sure the gate's closed.'
I calmly said 'It is closed, you can take your hand off it' (he was moving the latch up and down for no reason), and then said 'Could you get off our property now', which he responded to not by turning away to go to his van, but by continuing to stand at the gate, looking at me. I then said 'This is my Mum's property, not her neighbour's - when my Mum opened her front door and saw you, you should have explained what you were doing' (so that my elderly Mum wouldn't have been alarmed when she opened her door to see a stranger there) - I was perfectly calm, at NO point did I raise my voice, or swear, or act in an aggressive manner. Despite this, the MJ Quinn employee responded to what I said by calling me a "f****** clown", "a weirdo" and a "f****** idiot". At that point I knew I'd be making a formal complaint about him so I tried to ignore this foul verbal abuse and said to him that he was doing work for a neighbour and that this was my Mum's property, not the neighbour's he was doing the job for, and the MJ Quinn employee's only response was to continue his verbal abuse (including using the f-word again) as he was looking at me with a smirk on his face as he eventually started walking away towards his MJ Quinn van. As he was walking away I said "You also blocked the view from our front windows by parking your van right in front of them, that's not a parking area, don't park your van there again", to which he replied "Or what? What are you going to do if I do?" - a remark which could reasonably cause alarm and distress as it implied that he may come back and park there again despite a property owner's clear and reasonable objections to it.

I hopefully do not need to point out to Openreach and MJ Quinn that this employee's conduct is totally unacceptable. My Mum and I were made to feel very uncomfortable IN OUR OWN HOME - the walking around our patio area and the van obscuring our front windows was a *violation of our privacy in our own home*, and I am frustrated and angry that I was subjected to abusive, foul, aggressive language by one of your employees at my own home, for simply saying what any reasonable property owner would say in the circumstances and asking him to get off our property.

I have serious doubts that this rude, aggressive, morose and threatening person is of suitable character to be interacting with potentially vulnerable people.

We had an efficient, friendly service from Mohammed Haroon.

He worked clean and his customer service was great. I wish everyone had such good manners.Did .M.J.Quinn proud.

Engineer damaged my property whilst installing fibre broadband. I entered a damage claim which was denied by the area manager.
The engineer cut a huge chunk from my skirting board, leaving wires exposed.
MJ Quinn did not contact me directly and It was only when I contacted them that I knew they denied the claim.

I would not use this company.. shoddy work and bad customer service..
