It's fine you don't know but if you don't know why give a negative review? While you're pondering that allow us to explain that for many foreign residents in Japan getting a credit card is really difficult. MobalPay is a solution available to everyone- a prepaid Mastercard that can be used online, with Japanese apps & offline without the requirement for a bank account. When you do know, perhaps consider reviewing your review.

Sorry you are not happy with our service. We do have a monthly fee which is clearly listed on our website and is used for charity projects. If MobalPay does not work for you, no need to apply. A 1-star review for something we make clear on our website seems a bit harsh but sorry you feel this way.
