Lost my MobalPay card!
I am pretty new with this company as I always use sim and data before so I dont know if this is good or not.
To start , I am impressed witht the quality of the wifi signal I am getting.
From Kumamoto to Kagoshima to Sakurajima area. Im impressed with the Mobal Air Wifi , its like an extra phone! Sleek and black.
Also, I lost my Mobalpay Card without me knowing , and Mobal was really good enough to reach out to me and send an email and gave me instructions on how to get it.
I would have never known! Thank you so much Mobal!
The money in the card is not that big actually but it is this kind of service that makes me want to keep on using the product.

Application is very easy
The application form is very easy to fill and there are no weird requirements or anything.
In Japan, when you apply for something, there are usually weird roadblocks that natives don't face. Such as when applying for a rental apartment first they require you to already have a permanent residence address(!)
Even getting a debit card from the bank your salary is paid is hard.

Highly recommend MobalPay to expats
I've been using Mobalpay as a working expat in Japan.
I found the application to be simple and quick, and the online interface to be accessible and easy to understand. It's really allowed me to make Japan my home and have access to all the things a credit card holder would from everyday things like making furniture purchases online to playing tourist and traveling within Japan.

I have been using Mobal pay and It’s been really helpful and easy to use. I recommend this card to any foreigner in Japan that has a hard time securing a debit card in Japan to make online purchases.
