Im so happy with my mobalpay prepaid credit card. Ang bilis dumating ng card pagka fill out ko ng form i think 3 days lang dumating na ung physical card ko. Kaya agad akong pumunta ng 7 11 , para mag charge.. and automatic ang bilis.. pwede ko na agad gamitin.
Kung mahirap ka maka apply ng card because of some reasons, ito na ung sagot para magkaron ng instant prepaid credit card dito sa Japan..
Alam naman natin na dito sa japan super importante na meron kang credit card.. like kapag bibili ng ticket, mag shopping, mag book ng hotel pay online shopping , tap up your suica card. Sooobrang useful nya.. i love it. 💙

I heard the company is the first time

I have been using MobalPay card for almost 5 months now and it helped me so much in Japan. I moved to Japan as an international student and I didn't have any idea how confusing getting a card or opening an account in Japan is. For a very long time I struggled with opening an bank account and having a debit card. Then I found out about MobalPay online and applied for it. It just helped me a lot for online shopping, buying tickets, paying things that I can't pay with the cards that I brought from my country. Also whenever I had a problem, any questions the MobalPay Team always helped me a lot. I always received good and clear answers from them. The card is very easy to purchase, use and top up. I never had ant problems using the card beside forgetting my password but that's my fault. It's very simple, and if you are in Japan struggling with getting a card that you can use, I am sure that this simple and easy to use card is going to be the best one for you. I really recommend it for anyone who is searching for a credit card in Japan.

Mobalpay made it easier as a foreigner to have digital payment without the hassle of registering for a Japanese bank. It saves so much time and also very convenient in using. Plus it also donates to charity.

As a person who travels a lot, I chose Mobalpay as I can top it up in Yen from my US Wise Account, which gives me access to my overseas earnings while in Japan but also allows me have a Japanese payment card when travelling outside of Japan.

Who Residence in Japan

On the webpage its mention that the setup fee is ¥440 and not ¥2970. You should be more transparent. It’s not a big deal but it’s to be fair. I must say that a prompt correction has been done. Thanks

The application process, thus far, has been seamless. Form was short and ID upload process easy.

Application was made simple & convenient. However, I want to find out the possibility of receiving the card at my temporary address which is also my home address.The aforementioned Resident Alien card address indicated the address or abode where I work.Since the approval of the card would be within 3 business days,, may I request that it be delivered at my home address

I have been a customer with Mobal since coming back to Japan in 2019. The service has always been top notch, responsive and helpful. Suffice to say I have really been in some jams in Japan (could not make a cash payment due to Corona, lost my phone so needed a new sim card before moving ect...) In this case, my Japanese bank decided to discontinue their pre paid debit card service, so once again I am relying on Mobal to help me out. I have always recommended this company to those visiting or those long term residence as well. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Why wasn't the 2000 yen mentioned 😒?
I like how fast the application is.
But lacks alot of info , how am i going to use it ? With my credit card ? Withmy bank account????? I am beyond confused
Correction: it seems the message was automated, but when paying i payed what was promised as s mobile client around 400 yen.
Edit2:As a foreign: i count alot on review, i will recive the card soon test it and add star if everything is in order. I hope this help foreigners struggling.
