Reliable company with a great range of products that are priced really well. Quality of products is great too

After 7 buisness days I had not recieved my item, and I contacted Mobile Zap. They promised a refund of $20 due to postage processing times, which I never recieved.
After asking for evidence, they couldn't provide anything.

20 buisness days later and several complaints to them, I was told if my Samsung tags don't doesn't arrive within "25 buisness days" then they will investigate.

Up until today (24 buisness days), my shipping number has said "update unavailable, item ready for shipping 2nd January".
Today I located several ip addresses used, and threatened to involve the ACCC and federal police for scam and fraud within Australia, from overseas (much higher convictions).
Now my shipping has been updated and it looks like something has been sent.

Avoid this place like the plague.
Class traitors.

Genuine Samsung cable for Android auto needed and solved my problem. I had tried a few different cables to hook them up with my car to use android auto, however none of them worked. Car dealer told me I had to use genuine Samsung cable and unlike a few other online dealers mobile zap's cable actually worked. Makes them a trusted tech dealer in my eyes and I'm happy to pay a few extra dollars more for good quality tech.

My bedside table is cluttered and I wanted a lamp with a mobile phone charger on it and I found it here. I love this product. Phone charges while I'm asleep and the lamp turns on by touch. it's perfect.

I bought an item that became faulty after just 3 weeks. Sent photos to Mobile Fun in the UK at their request and they told me I would get a full refund and reimbursed me for the cost to ship it back to Mobile Fun warehouse.
Mobile Fun gave me back only $158 out of $218 that I paid. After threatening to tell PayPal the gave me the balance of the purchase price but won't reply any more when I ask for the $63 that it cost me to ship the faulty item back to Mobile Fun. Item was sent back to the UK from Australia.
I have Mobile Funs email telling me I would be reimbursed before I sent it back to them.
NEVER deal with them again!!!!!!

Ordered phone case on 28fh November paid for tracked mail service estimated 5/7 day’s delivery still no item. Feel ripped off paying extra for tracked service.

I purchased two new covers for my OnePlus 7 Pro as these were unable to be sourced locally in Australia. What was on offer, from local Phone suppliers, was priced out of the ballpark and somewhat flimsy in design.
