Postage was extremely fast and well packaged. Rug is great too, good quality and looks just like the photo online. Would recommend.

We purchased a Buddy Rug. We wanted a rug for our hearth to cover burns in the carpet. It fits our fireplace perfectly and the colour chosen on line was accurate and just what we wanted.It was inexpensive, washable and has a soft luxurious looking pile.
It arrived within a few days of ordering. We are happy with the product and the service

Really great selection - So many it's actually almost difficult to find a good rug without knowing what you're looking for! - and good prices.
Took a little while from my order being placed to it being dispatched but I didn't mind so no complaints. Very quick delivery once dispatched and the rug is excellent quality.

I ordered my rug over the phone and the lady I spoke to was so friendly and helpful and ordering was so simple. The rug arrived within just a few days and is really lovely, better than I hoped for and fantastic quality. I would certainly use Modern Rugs again.

From choosing my rugs, ordering and delivery, everything went smoothly. I have two beautiful good quality runners for my hall at a brilliant price.

My initial order was out of stock so the company offered an alternative, a refund or just to wait. It had taken me some time to find this rug so I decided to wait. The company kept me abreast of my order and let me immediately when stock had arrived. Very soon after I was notified of the delivery date and they arrived as stated. I love the rugs. My only criticism is that they were wrapped very efficiently, too well, in my view, in lots of plastic. I would love if the company would look into alternative wrapping. Thanks for a great service.

i got the wrong size but the carpet look, feel quality was great. With helpful professional staff i got the right size etc., it was with no hassle. Now i have a lovely rug in my lounge looks lovely.

Excellent service from phone call to delivery of rug highly recommend

Clear description of rugs online. The one I chose arrived as promised but was not quite the same colour as photograph. After a few emails this was found to me a supplier mistake. The rug was easily returned and money refunded. I then bought another rug which is an excellent quality and the colour is perfect. Because of lockdown I’m disappointed that I’ll have to wait to show the difference it has made to the room to my friends and family!
If I need another rug, I’ll certainly always look at this company first.
