Quality is terrible for overpriced rugs. I want to get a refund but they are charging me return postage fees. Annoyed.

I bought a rug and delivery was very prompt. I absolutely love the carpet I chose despite having a difficult job as there are so many to choose from. Turns the room from dull to fabulous!

First time I have used this on-line company and I am very pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality of the two rugs we bought. The rugs are beautiful, just as shown in the photo. I would recommend this company.

The rug I ordered was of great quality and suited my purposes perfectly. I most like the fact that there isn't a cotton border around the edge as it's being used in the kitchen. The delivery was quick and efficient and I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Modern Rugs.

The rug I initially purchased turned out to be out of stock, despite saying in stock online. I was contacted to ask if I wanted to wait, receive a refund or reselect. I decided to wait and the item arrived a little earlier than advised.
Great product, but I actually decided to get the larger size.
After calling and speaking to a helpful chap, I returned my rug for a refund and reordered the new size. New delivery and refund received promptly. Will definitely be back to purchase again

Purchased a modern print rug and am blown away by the quailty - it exceeded my expectations for the price. The rug looked great online but is even better in real life. It arrived promptly and while there was a slight difference in the arrival time of the rug and the non slip underlay it was very small window. The rug looks great in my new apartment and feels great underfoot. I would have no hesitation buying from them again.
