The experience was great and Brenda was wonderful to work with. We had a small issue due to not square walls and Modular Closets made everything right. So glad we went with them!!

Product is excellent and product support is also excellent. We love our closet❣️

I think the product and the directions were pretty good however it would be nice to have some videos how to put some of the stuff together and how to separate each module from the others. The end product turned out to be fantastic and made the closet looked wonderful.

Love the closet system and absolutely loved Ava, our design consultant! however, we didn't get one correct piece initially and we were not given the correct directions for our units. This made putting it together time consuming and slower than it should have been. Customer service was great and sent the correct piece right away. We absolutely love the finished product!

The customer service provided by Bella followed by the support of her manager, Andy was superb. Always responsive and accurate.

Overall, we are happy with our modular closets. Brooke was prompt and helpful with listening to our needs and creating our His/Her master bedroom closet designs. The quality of the product is solid, and, generally speaking, the modules are fairly easy to assemble. That said, there are a few areas where things could be improved. 1. The boxes are not labeled to match the components in the instruction manual. So, just figuring out which box to start with took several hours of head-scratching and cross-regferencing with the photos in our invoice. 2. The manual is for ALL of the possible components in the Alta or Vista lines, so it takes a lot of time to figure out which pages pertain to the actual modules you ordered. 3. The drawings in the manual are quite small and the raw edges aren't depicted (i.e. shown with shaded edges), so that also made the assembly process slower.
4. The units are extremely heavy. There is no way I can lift and hold the hanging double module so that my husband can anchor it to the wall. We'll have to hire in a professional to do that.
5. Lastly, even though Modular claims to be available for assembly help, I received no response to the two phone messages and the email I sent on Friday afternoon asking for help.
More attention and thought to how the boxes are labeled and the manual is written would go a long way to making this a first rate experience.

The communication was great, and when I had an issue with an item, they took care of it immediately. I actually ordered an additional item, and when they replaced the damaged item, they did not charge me for the additional order.

Customer service was responsive to questions before ordering and problems after installation. The tool to design your own closet helped us visualize the space.

Design consultant Esther was wonderful, she listens to your wants and needs and integrates them into the design with your budget in mind. Product was boxed very well for shipping, had zero product damage. Install instructions are well thought out and easy to follow.

The order arrived with 1 module not complete and it took numerous attempts to correct and the shipment of a lot of extra unneeded parts as they could not just send the incorrect piece. It delayed completion of the closet by 2 weeks.

Items arrived quickly and missing items were resolved within a day! Quality of product is great for the price and assembly is quick considering all the pieces.

After comparing several other companies, we chose the Alto line from Modular in light oak. Our designer, Tyler, did a great job helping us design our new walk in closet with everything we wanted. We don’t have a door on our closet so he suggested using drawers and cabinet doors in the entryway for a super clean look.

The cabinets arrived in perfect condition and the assembly was pretty straightforward and caked out beautiful.

The only hiccup we had was the original shipment was missing several pieces which were immediately sent out. That second shipment was also missing a couple pieces. Those were shipped too. That was kinda frustrating but all in all we are very satisfied with the purchase and process.

My designer was a pleasure to work with. He really did an amazing job with timely revisions and promptly returned phone calls and emails. The quality is outstanding. I would say the installation was easy but the assembly took way longer than it needed to. Color coded stickers to line up holes and maybe front and back stickers on each peice would cut the assembly time in half. Maybe put the hardware in the box with each unit instead of bagged hardware that all comes in one big box. Instructions easy for 1 or 2 units but a whole pallet of different units can easily overwhelm a person without stickers. You can hardly tell front from back of an all white product. The shipping company dropped the ball on a delay in my shipment costing a missed day of work but Modular was very responsive even though little can be done when shipping companies drop the ball.
I would buy again. Would love to see more hanging units with multiple door options and depth options for laundry rooms, classrooms, and art studios!!

Brooke was wonderful to work with. She had lots of great ideas, such as a hamper and also the ability to increase the height of our cabinets to 9'. We received easy to read instructions and plenty of extra hardware parts. We love our closet.

The Customer service person was terrific. She was very helpful. She had attention to detail. She brought good ideas for the design based on her experience.

The interaction with the company was informative and kind. We did not end up purchasing at this time, but we never felt pressure or guilted into purchasing. They were very understanding and welcoming.

Ordering was easy, the shipping process was easy. I measured a closet incorrectly and need a different size, they shipped out the correct size to me with very little hassle. Putting the closets together was fairly easy and straightforward.

Sales person was very helpful and his recommendations made my closet perfect!
