I am very unhappy. My closet came with no labels whatsoever, which made the assembly very time consuming and confusing. No solution or assistance was offered to correct this. I then asked twice for help in ordering additional pieces so that my closet was structurally sound, with no response.
I rarely complain but my experience with modular closets has been horrible. I definitely recommend finding another company to work with.

Great product, great people, great price and easy to install with great instructions. My wife is thrilled and that makes me happy.

They are very, very priced competitive! They worked with me on my design and maximize my space….. they allowed me to pick up my order in their distribution center in North Carolina, in order to accommodate my weekend installation on a Friday afternoon close date.

Everything arrived as ordered, following the instructions to build went fairly well too. The cost could be better, but overall were happy with what we got.

We are so happy with our modular closet! The main reason I went with them is because of their customized closet design ability. I found it to be the most user friendly and accurate which gave me the confidence that it would work in our space. The pieces were quality and the instructions were easy to understand and very clear.

The design process was impressive and I appreciated how prompt and responsive the designer was. The delivery was on time and painless.
Unfortunately, I am unable to review the product at this time. The components remain boxed in our garage awaiting installation due to delays with other aspects of the project which is a complete remodel of the primary bedroom suite.

Junk, little support, instructions are terrible and low quality. $3,000 pantry should be a decent product. No such luck.

Very satisfied with my new closet. The alto brand is pure luxury. Love the soft close drawers. The corner shelving eliminates wasted space. I especially liked being able to design my space with the products offered. Delivery was quick and product was well packaged. Would definitely recommend Modular Closets.

Ordered shelving for three closets which included a master closet and two pantry closets. The shelving arrived over a week late. All of the parts were jumbled together without any installation instructions and no way to tie the parts back to the closet it belonged to. This is like trying to put together three different puzzles with all of the pieces thrown in a box and no pictures of how the three puzzles are supposed to look! I called the customer service number and a recording said that I had reached them outside of normal business hours. It was 1:30 pm EST on a Friday. I guess that isn't normal business hours for Modular Closets. I left a message and have not heard back from anyone. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Entire process was awesome. It was great to have a designer show your closet design and all the different options and finishes before purchasing. Delivery was good, product was not damaged during transit. Installation was straightforward following the instructions. Will be purchasing another closet package in the future.

I am very happy with my new closet system. They seem to be very well made and getting a replacement shelf was very easy and it came very quickly.

Products arrived when scheduled without damage. Directs were fairly easy to understand but could've more specific in some areas.

My only concern is the packaging and the selection of shippers. The packaging is not as robust as it could be. This coupled with shippers that were pretty rough on the boxes allowed some components to be damaged. Fortunately, I was able to shift those around the areas that were not noticeable.

The thoroughness of my order was simply amazing. The instructions are easy to follow and I was able to assemble my entire closet with three walls in one day. The products were labeled clearly and I enjoyed the process of putting everything together. Finished product. We are very happy with. It’s exactly what I’d hoped it would be.

Objectively, the quality is just awful.
It's the cheapest of cheap chipboard.
It has a laminate that chips easily around the holes.
The instructions are misleading.
I had to make alterations along the way for it to fit together.
I was short of simple hardware / dowels

I wish I had chosen another solution, but having waited for so long to get it - I ran out of time and had to use it.

I would not recommend this to anyone.
Go to The Home Depot or Ikea instead.
Massively disappointed.

The inventory sheet of the shipment did not match what was delivered. Boxes were mislabeled, so it was very confusing to put it together. No videos of any quality gave any assistance on how to install. To hang your clothes the template given, your clothes would hang out halfway in your closet. I had to re-drill and make a new holes so the clothes would hang inside the closet.
I would not recommend this product because of the difficult, mislabeling, the helpdesk took four days to respond and way the clothes hang in the closet.

Working with our designer Leah to create our closet was fantastic. She nailed the vision we had and the closet turned out just as we envisioned.
While we had a multitude of issues with wrong, damaged or missing parts, our customer service liaison, Caroline, was quick to respond and replace the needed components.
Instructions for installation were easy to follow and once we “got the hang of it”, we were able to build our units in a timely manner.
