I actually had fun putting em together. I almost got it perfect. Hanging em wasn't bad. And they look amazing.

Their consultants made it very easy to design the closet we needed, and get the appropriate parts ordered.

My order was missing my closet design pdf. I had to frequently go online to obtain assembly instructions. Overall, I am happy now that we have finished the installation.

The product is amazing and the customer service is even better. We bought four closets and all of them are different but great. The quality is phenomenal and pretty easy to assemble. The design team was phenomenal, and we were able to be online together to make changes. Then, I simply got a link to go ahead and purchase what we had just talked about online. Simple!

Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience all around which is a shame because I was really excited for my new closet. Spent just over 5k on a new closet and while the closet itself was fine, the rest of the process was atrocious. After getting my 20+ boxes delivered, I opened everything up and there was no hardware or instructions. They sent me the hardware but paid no attention and just threw bags of hardware in because I have 10+ bags of extra hardware. They still forgot any kind of instructions. Once getting everything up, I realize they forgot the brackets for the rods so I had to reach out yet again to get those delivered. My house has been in shambles for over 2 weeks now with clothes everywhere since I haven’t been able to put them back in the closet since there was constantly something missing. For spending 5k, I expected a lot more from them. Very disappointed.

From start to finish, my overall experience with Modular Closets was excellent. My initial contact and salesperson, Jack Berger, was extremely helpful and very responsive. The customer service representatives who I subsequently dealt with were also very responsive and accommodating. We've already recommended Modular Closets to some friends of ours and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a future closet renovation.

When I purchased the product, I thought the quality was gonna be a lot better considering the price paid. I could’ve done it for a third the price by purchasing laminated pieces at Home Depot and putting it together.

Clothes don’t fit…all shirts, even shorter ones bunch up at the bottom, regardless of which level we put them on. Very disappointing, could have had our carpenter custom built for much, much less and have stuff fit…

Overpriced scam. 0 care about the individual, only care about profit. Poor communication and complete lack of transparency. Intentionally misleading advertising. Repulsive, manipulative company.
