I had worked out all my income and expenditure with StepChange, so I sent their action plan to MW. They got back to me very quickly and produced an application for a DRO within a week. I checked and corrected a couple of minor things, and followed their instructions. Everything was done efficiently and competently. I have only one complaint, and that is that it is difficult to get in touch with them as needed, once their process begins. Communications are all handled from their side. So if you have a question that isn't covered on their website it can be difficult and time-consuming to get any answer.
