The whole process from my first phone call to my DRO being approved was seamless, Emma and Joshua were extremely helpful and kept in touch and updated me along the way. It was all completed within around two weeks. I am very happy with this service and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with debt and thinks there is nowhere to turn. Well there is Money Wellness.

Excellent company with staff who listen & will go out their way to help you with whatever debt situation you have & it's such a fast turnaround too so you can sleep soundly at night again!!

Money Wellness were absolutely fantastic at getting me through the DRO process smoothly. I made my initial contact with them on July 11th. Just 9 days later on the 20th my DRO was approved by Insolvency.

The process from start to finish:

- I did their online debt advice tool, completing the income and expenditure sheet and inputting my debts, and booked a callback for the 13th. I then received several links via text to upload initial income evidence and sign a declaration on how the process works.
- They didn't call me on the 13th as planned, I planned to call them directly on the 14th but they actually beat me to it and called me on that day. This was a quick 10-minute call for a couple of extra pieces of evidence, they just asked for evidence on a couple of core bills and asked a few basic clarification questions about my financial situation.
- After that call the advisor emailed me a link to book my final call, which was on the 16th. They still hadn't called by 30 minutes after my appointment (running behind) so I called directly, it only took 3 minutes for an advisor to answer the phone who was prepared to complete the process with me there and then.
- It took about 30 minutes to go through everything, she asked me some more questions about my situation, asked me to confirm some legal stuff, played me an automated clip of my rights and responsibilities, and then read back my final figures to me before confirming she would send the DRO application off to the submission team. She sent me email confirmation 20 minutes after the phone call.
- On the evening of that same day I received email confirmation that my application had been submitted.
- On the 20th, four days after my call (it was over a weekend, so would usually be quicker), Insolvency informed me via email that my DRO had been approved.

There were as noted some minor snags with timing of communications but I fully appreciate the pressure that Money Wellness is under, given the fairly recent changes in ease of access to DROs and the fact that charities such as StepChange have stepped back from applying for them, giving a larger load to Money Wellness to process.

I am incredibly grateful for how warm, welcoming and non-judgmental everyone I spoke to was, and how quick and friendly this process was. Some of the reviews made me anxious at first but now I'm convinced they simply weren't eligible for a DRO and are salty about it.
