I was treated as a human being and everything was explained from beginning to end regarding what would happen and how we would proceed with my debts. From filling in forms to the DRO that was issued. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Money Wellness.
I started my Debt Relief Order process with Money Wellness on 14 April. On 15 May, I was told that my application would be submitted as soon as possible and they had received and reviewed all the documents i sent over.
I have tried contacting them by phone and email, but I have been unable to get through or have a reponse back. I am now receiving contact from debt collectors, while my bank account is also due to be closed shortly.
What makes this even more frustrating is seeing Money Wellness respond to Trustpilot reviews while I am struggling to get a response through their normal contact channels.
I understand that DRO applications can take time, the last time I managed to get through to them and had a reply was on the 9th of july, I was told I would be sent my booking link in August and to tell all my creditors to give me an additional 30 days. It's now the 9th of September and I still haven't received the booking like, I questioned this by email on the 20th augest, and again on the 1st of September, no response. Everytime I call either of the numbers I'm on hold for over an hour and then it just hangs up. I've been sat on hold waiting to get put through to an advisor while writing this review for 58minutes as I type this.
I've seen that people on trust pilot seem to get a response from them so this will hopefully be responded to.
Edit. Finally answered and was told they still needed more information before the link would be submitted so I will receive an email( i haven't received it) explaining what is needed. this is the third time this has happened, when I explained this the previous times, it was confirmed that all the information they needed was on my file.
I would be happy to amend this review if the situation is properly resolved and I receive a clear explanation of what has happened.
UPDATE – Monday, 14 September 2026, in response to the reply
Unfortunately, I now have to update my review because the assurances given in Money Wellness's response have not been followed through.
I did not receive the email on Wednesday.
I did not receive the email on Friday.
I have not received the telephone call today as stated.
After reading the reply I received on this post, I was honestly so happy because I thought I was finally getting somewhere and that my DRO was finally going to be progressed.
Unfortunately, I'm now left feeling just as frustrated and disappointed as before, at this point, I don't know what else I can do other than continue chasing for the communication I have repeatedly been promised.
