Fantastic service from MoneyWellness. From Application to DRO approval in less than 14 days. The debt advisor I spoke too (Anna) was wonderful and so helpful. I wish I'd done this years ago. If you need a push to apply let this be it.

A brilliant service

Excellent service. Very friendly, non judgmental customer service and extremely quick and efficient.

This experience (isn't over yet) has been the most distressing thing I have ever had to sort.

First of all, due to living in Wales, Money Wellness is the ONLY option for me when it comes to accessing the debt solution I need. There is zero alternative.

I made my application on 24/04. I sent every piece of evidence I could get hold of and also advised them that I am a vulnerable individual due to my mental health concerns. After several emails over the months, Money Wellness chose to frankly just ignore every email I sent to them and roughly three weeks ago, I receive a text to say my application is closed.

No contact from anyone, no phone call, just thanks for waiting months for nothing, closed. I felt like just giving up, what else can I do? I need the debt solution, there is no where else to turn and meanwhile, creditors are threatening to come to my mothers address and there is nothing I can do to stop. I've sought the advice, done everything correctly but Money Wellness just ignore me like I don't exist.

Even my pleas to just please confirm my application even still exists go unanswered. I just give up.

To my surprise, out of the blue I receive my first contact from anyway at Money Wellness on Wednesday. No mention of any issues, just calling to get my appointment for the DRO finally booked in. In response to the text about my application closed, it's put down to a "glitch". Anyway, good news, I'll receive a call 10/09 at 9AM. I just need to forwarded one piece of evidence to them which I did immediately.

So I wake up at 7:30AM, and wait by the phone in silence. I do not want to miss this call after waiting so long. 9.30 comes, 10AM, 10.30, 11, No call comes. I receive a new text to book an appointment, confused but just hopeful anything is happening at all, I rebook another appointment for today, at 10:30AM.

Well, here we are right now. It's currently 11:06.

What exactly am I supposed to do? Send 1000 emails, they go unanswered. Phone them and be on hold for three hours just to be told to book an appointment that's no attended?

I just don't know. I am so tired of all this. I feel I've been treated with utter contempt and disregard.

Should you use this company? Do you even have a choice?

So of course after writing this review my issue is now sorted and naturally I feel bad. But, as helpful as the individuals are who work here (when you can actually speak to them) the fact I have had to wait so long, with zero contact, having my emails ignored and appointments missed is not acceptable. I consider myself in a vulnerable state but I still have a level head. Unfortunately I worry for someone who is in a darker place that I who has to try and get through this process. Especially if they're creditors are not quite as understanding as mine.

Very approachable, thoughtful and the process was very quick and simple.
