Outstanding customer service from start to finish!!.. replies within seconds, is honest and upfront with the products ordered. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something that little bit different, at a reasonably price, and if this lady doesn't have it in stock then she will try to find it for you..

So the Reed diffuser i paid £100 for…
So the Reed diffuser i paid £100 for states on website will last from 12-18 months on box states 8 months , bought in middle of December looks lovely smells lovely but almost quarter 9f the way down in a few weeks this is no way going to last even 6 months ,very disappointing

Hi Kirsty,
I am sorry that you are disappointed with your reed diffuser, it will last at least 12 months and if you take some reeds out (this is recommended in small spaces) it will last up to 18 months.
At first they do go down very quickly but then they slow down a lot.
I have one now that I opened in February 2020 and this still has quite a few months life left in it.
We have sold this item for a long time and they have never ran out before 12 months.
This is quiet a common comment on these diffusers but you will be pleased in a few months when it is not past half way.
I hope that this information takes the disappointment away for you.
