I paid £26.73 for the above item, and it’s a really bad cheap product no way it’s hand carved, more like a plastic mould.

Do not buy from this company a total rip off.

Moderny. co-products are a 100% scam worth nothing in fact they are complete garbage, pure and simple and the Chinese company will not answer nor reply to my many inquires for a refund. Never order anything for these thrives its a huge scam operation.

Total and utter garbage, all made in china and badly designed/made.
Don’t believe what the website says, not a small family run business, all imported and over priced rubbish. Avoid and save your money!

Cheap Chinese junk! There is no label to show where the product is made, but it arrived from China so I assume it was made in China, probably with slave labour! It is not compliant with UK fire regulations, and there are no washing instructions. It looks like it would fall apart if washed. Do not be deceived.

If i could give them zero I would. Items took so long to be delivered and upon review are cheap poor qaulity goods worth a fraction of the sale price. Now they want to charge me £50 to return them. Avoid this company at all costs

Whilst one piece was acceptable, the other two pieces look like they were made by a 2 year old.
The ‘mystery’ purchase consisted of a sticker and a butterfly stencil… WT*F?!
It was also very late to arrive and the ‘contact email’ is simply an AI Bot so you can’t actually get a cohesive response.
Avoid at all costs - cheap Chinese crap!

Terrible product. Looks like a 2 year old made it and when I complained they very kindly said I could send it back but I have to pay shipping which is more then the product cost. Scam company. Good photos but terrible rubbish they send

The product arrived fine but the colours were just not right. Not their fault. Anyway try to get a refund and they will refund it but I have to pay £150 return shipping, on a £34 item! I read their return policy before and knew I had to pay shipping if I returned which is fair, but £150 is just a scam dressed up as legit. Misleading to say the least

Fraud. Product ordered, never arrived, despite a tracking order and notification that it HAD arrived..from China...when queried, was sent another tracking order number, which was totally invalid...I had ordered it via Paypal, and when I went into the order, it said, "sent by"...."none"....what do you know...I got my money back, but no apology...it was upsetting as I ordered my cushions well in advance for a friend's birthday...they live in quite an isolated area, and made long trips to the post office twice, to try and find them ..

I ordered something since October 2021 and it's July 2022 and I neither received my order or my money back. Stay away from this kinda of company. No integrity at all

Ordered product in Sept 2021 for xmas present, never showed up. Have emailed them numerous times as the time had passed to do a charge back with my card provider. All they do is promise me that it will be sent, they point blank refuse to refund me!! Stay away at all costs. Nothing but a bunch of thieving scum bags!!! Site should be removed

I never received my product after waiting a month. I emailed them for a refund and they kept $16.99 for a “management and cancellation fee.” They could care less if you get your product and they will not give you a full refund. BUYER BEWARE!!

Any positive review you see on this company, is likely a scam. They sell JUNK and don't stand behind their quality, or their supposed "guaranty and return policy". Don't send them a $1 !!!

I absolutely love my mug!! And to have it so personalized meant alot to me. And it didn't take that long to get to me. I highly recommend this to all sewers with kitties!!
