The online drawdown application process was straightforward to navigate. Much easier than having to phone and much quicker!
I was kept informed at all stages of the procedure. All went smoothly.

Mark O on the service team was polite, friendly, helpful and extremely informative regarding a request from my drawdown facility. The process was even easier as more2life have introduced DocuSign.
Mark explained thoroughly how it worked and sent instructions attached to an email. Once my request had been accepted, the offer was sent by email for me to read and if i wished to proceed i used DocuSign to accept. This was great as I had received my documents electronically and stored safely, it cut down on time as once I returned the electronically singed acceptance form, I received almost immediately, an email from Diane Perrin from the completion team telling me when I could expect the funds to be in my account. Fabulous job all round, thank you.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Awful Company to deal with dont answer emails when they do it takes a week for a response. Doing a further advance for my 80 year old father in law had to stay with them as to refinance would have incurred an £11,000 penalty!!! We paid for Survey, surveyor requested a damp report agai we had to pay coukd be a normal damp report had to be a PCA registered damp company who charge 3 times as much. Damp report sent to them as requested took a week to respond to tell me attachment not attached!!! Another week down the line tell us damp work had to completed before they will release Advance and work had to be completed by a PCA registered company to the tune of £8,000!!! Got quoted of other damp companies who will also provide a certificate and cost a third of the price to be told no! Absolute joke ripping off an 80 year man now still waiting for a response as to when work can be done a week again! I actually do not know how it takes a week for an email reply. Also asked if they coukd release the advance and put a condition on the mortgage the work needs to be done but oh no not these cowboys work had to be done first then they want to re inspect before they will consider the advance! Joke steer clear!

Appalling Treatment.
I have previously posted about my experience of more2life and explained that I was in dispute with this organisation. The way in which more2life dealt with my complaint was absolutely appalling. From the speed with which I received a response I can only conclude that the documentation provided was not given proper consideration and no explanation was given as to how the decision not to uphold my complaint was reached. More2life has little or no regard for the interests of its' customers. I would certainly not recommend this organisation to anyone
The people were very pleasant & extremely helpful & efficient. No complaints at all.
