Reserved a new home at Rivington Park, Horwich and are in the process of purchasing. We are using the part exchange scheme offered and so far everything is going according to plan. If we complete as predicted, it will be a 6 week process from reserving to moving in!
Can’t wait to take ownership of our new property, the layout of the house is great, with brilliant finishes throughout.

Went to Arkall Farm today and met with Chris. He was really busy but nothing seemed like to much trouble, we went to the show home and spent time with us talking through various extras. My husband wanted to see various plans which was no trouble, and a couple of hours later he had worked out different costings for us so we can work out what upgrades we would need! 5*

Today we visited Morris Homes Sales Office at St Neots. We were warmly welcomed by Angela who was absolutely sensational in showing us around the estate and the incredible houses for sale. Thank you so much Angela.

Following my recent visit to Morris Homes St Neots, my grandson and his girlfriend have purchased a beautiful new home in your development. We checked in with the sales office and your representative Angela gave us all an excellent tour of the estate and was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. She is a credit to your company.

My partner and I are currently in the process of buying a home on the Wintringham estate. We have been working with Angela Bayford- who has been excellent. She has provided us with regular updates, been at the end of the phone/emails to answer our questions, and has really supported us on our journey. I’m a first time buyer, but my partner is selling his flat. She’s walked us through it all, and been in our corner as we progress through the Smart Move scheme. We are also relocating, and Angela has shared regular photos with us and fitted us in around travelling up when we can- as it’s not easy for us to just pop round and take a look. Overall, it’s been great to have Angela as part of our experience.

The Morris Homes are also definitley the nicest builds on the development, where a lot of different builders have their own sections. They offer the highest specification, and are by far the most visually appealing.

The only reason for a 4 star review would be the marketing/website- which has been a bit confusing/misleading.

We are First time home buyers with a lot of questions about the entire process of buying from Morris homes.
We met Victoria who had so much patience and care towards our enquiries. She answered all our questions and concerns took her time to show us around without rushing. We had a special request financially which she dealt with very professionally and I must say just by her caring and beautiful nature I really do look forward to buying our house from Morris homes soon. Plus the house are appears to be of high standards.

We purchased a new Morris Home at St Mary’s Park and from our initial conversation with the brilliant sales advisors Carol and Vic, everything was co-ordinated efficiently.
We were kept up to date on all aspects of our sale with all our needs met effectively.
Since we’ve moved in we’ve been delighted with our home and any of our issues have been resolved in a timely manner.
We would not hesitate to recommend a Morris Home to any of our family or friends due to the excellent build quality, energy efficiency and competitively priced properties.

From making initial enquiries through purchasing a new Shelborne home, the choosing of fittings, moving in and then the sorting of minor snags we have had the full and friendly support of the on site reps. In particular Jess, who has been our main contact, and helped with advice and updates in a warm and proficient manner and Ian with his ever friendly and helpful style.
We love the house and the surroundings and are very pleased we made the move.

Absolute joker of a company - I hope they read this review and call me on 07702970765 as my solicitor is chasing them for deeds of covenant on my existing morris property and they are not even responding to it since a couple of months.

Shirley was amazing. We popped in today and she was so helpful. Very transparent, informative, kind, and just generally brilliant. She explained everything to us and treated us so well, not felt that welcomed from a new build site before Morris. The houses were brilliant and she had helped considerably with the start of our house buying journey.

Margie Speakman has been amazing throughout our buying journey at The Grange , Formby . We have just exchanged on our new home and are so excited about getting the keys to our new home .

Very happy with the service received from the sales team at Pavilion Row Formby. A huge thank you to Claire and Margie, who were extremely helpful from day one reserving the house, through to receiving the keys and moving in. There was a lack of communication regarding the snagging process at the beginning however the site management have progressed well and addressed the majority of snags, so another thank you to this department too.

Visited Rivington Park with my 8 year old son on Saturday 17th May to look at show homes and Shirley was so friendly and professional. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! Really impressed with the development.

We’ve recently purchased & moved into our new home at St Mary’s Park and we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish & even now three weeks after moving, the team at Morris Homes have been helpful, efficient and attentive. Having hearing horror stories from fiends, family and online about buying a new build we was VERY apprehensive but morris homes couldn’t be further from a horror, they’re a total dream and clearly in their own league in the new build market.

We had a professional snagger come and check our new build for snags, even they said the build and standard that morris homes have finished at is the best he’s seen in a while and we only had aesthetic snags (which Morris homes have since rectified)

A special mention to the fabulous Carol Pope & Vic Coomer who were faultless in our process. Their transparency, expert advice and warmth is what made us 100% know that we were in good hands at St Mary’s Park with Morris Homes. They truly are top of their game both Carol & Vic and if the stunning houses Morris Homes produce don’t convince you to buy, these two lovely ladies will and will be on hand every step of the way. Thank you both for everything - you made it a real pleasure.

We were told when we reserved (in October 2024) our property was due for completion for the end of April 2025. Again taking in peoples stories “oh there will be delays, there always is”, oh how wrong them people were! Morris Homes signed, sealed and delivered; 30th April we got our keys. The whole site team & trades worked hard to have our home ready for when they’d said. Huge thanks to Jason, Keiran & the team.

If you’re contemplating on purchasing a home with Morris Homes this is your sign and confirmation that you should! You won’t regret it!

The service we have received from Hannah Pendergust at Rivington Park has been excellent, always greets with a smile, helpful, cheerful and nothing is too much trouble.

Very happy with my house overall but not with the false promises that the roads on the development and the proposed park will be completed.
Promised this almost 7 months ago, customer service are hopeless, never ring back, asked to speak to the Manager never spoken as yet.
I would advise caution in believing information from Morris Homes!

They have left Stanley Gardens in Bromborough in a poor and unfinished state for coming up to a year now. Constantly telling lies about when they will complete the work. Customer Service isn't very responsive either. If you look around this seems to be a common pattern as a result of incompetence (or lack of experience) at higher levels in the company.
