A lot depends upon what you expect from a mortgage broker. We thought you would do more than just find a couple of reasonable packages. It took more than two months almost three to complete a simple enough remortgage from one lender to another. We asked for support in moving things along but it was not forthcoming.

I got my mortgage 5 years ago fixed with nationwide the service gotten for the mortgage key was fantastic now I have again returned to mortgage key who again sorted out a fixed rate mortgage with nationwide the service I received was impeccable and will recommend them to family and friends

Conner was brilliant. He gave honest advice, explained all my options clearly, and confirmed I was already on the best mortgage for me. He went out of his way to help even though i didn’t end up being a customer. Would highly recommend!

Got the mortgage very quickly

It was a great experience, especially when I got a new mortgage deal. Saving me good money with no charge. The due side was a of noise in the notification front which errr a little confusing
