No refund clause is BS - you can't contract out of your statutory obligations Moshtix by forcing people to choose to pay more so that you refund them if things beyond their control happen and they can't attend an event...

Hopeless mess
Can't stand this way of buying tickets. No consideration for older customers who may not be IT savvy. Plus the info on the Beer & BBQ Fest in Adelaide was ridiculously confusing and poorly set out. I paid 140 for 2 tix when friends paid 100!! You guys are ripping people off and I want answers.
