Highly recommended , Great experienc all round l round.
Great knowledgeable communication regarding our extensive accident repair. We were given a courtesy car to use for as long as the car was in for repair. We received regular updates by email regarding the expected completion date. The work was completed to a very high standard, and I was more than happy with the result. My car was returned to us, in its pre accident condition and spotlessly clean inside and out. Thank you Motor Bodies Weston, you come highly recommended.

The customer service was beyond…
The customer service was beyond exceptional .
Emma and Lauren on reception kept me up to date on every step of the repair and indeed prior to repair.
A third party was paying for the damage and they effectively liaised with them and kept me informed.
The repair was completed perfectly .
Also I can’t recall the car being so clean, following the wash post the repair.

Kept me well informed & courtesy car was new & of a decent standard. It was also delivered to me & my car, once repaired delivered back to me.
And my car was also washed & hoovered
And the repair was done well
I’d say the only bad thing was the cost seemed pricey for what it was. I may be wrong but it seemed a lot

Picked the car up from the house and…
Picked the car up from the house and they kept us updated through out the repair with them.
Last email was told the car was nearly ready waiting for clean and quality control.
Next day phoned to say car ready for pick up and was a rush from my side to get the hire car back to them the same day. No notice was given from completion and date of pick up. Hence the 4 star rating.
This was an insurance job and the quality of work seems good but I'm not an expert in body repair.
To close would l recommend them? Yes.

We’re sorry, however, for the inconvenience caused by the short notice regarding the vehicle’s completion and pick‑up. We understand how frustrating it can be to rush arrangements, especially when juggling a courtesy car at the same time. I believe that you have spoken to the Manager Rob and discussed this. Your comments are very helpful, and we have told the reception team to try and communicate this better when handing over the vehicles. Unfortunately when we are busy the need to manage the courtesy car fleet becomes challenging and the vehicle that you had was due to go to a customer on Monday and we wanted to get it cleaned before it went out again.

Used them through my insurance. Very nice and helpful. Did a really nice job fixing my car. They collected my car as I had to be work. Once the job was done I had to leave early to collect the car as they didn't have anyone available to drop it back off which is why I didn't leave 5 stars

Professional caring service from Motorbodies.
My car needed repair after I was driven into. From arriving at reception at their modern workshop Motorbodies staff were attentive and professional throughout the repair of my beloved Porsche. My car was repaired and returned to me looking like new. Great job and thanks to all at Motorbodies.

Motor Bodies Repair to my Volvo
Motor Bodies kept me informed throughout the repair in particularly Laura and Emma but Rob was also on hand to explain. The communication was important following the repair period becoming extended, as the investigation progressed discovering further problems. The wait was worth it and the photographic record at completion demonstrated the professional approach.
