The service these lot provide are completely
Bottom of the range checks, these same checks that you’re paying, you can get the exact same checks on a free website.
They won’t issue you any Cat pictures, they will give you the excuse of ( cat photos aren’t made public) however if you use any of the other rival companies they will provide you with a full report including Cat photos, best part about it members of the public can access them aswell.
Avoid at all costs, they are just scamming people by promoting themselves onto google so people miss the free options.

Submitting the query for full report is easy. Once full report is generated, there is support available within the website for any additional questions. I had to message them via the chat function and they were incredibly helpful and resourceful to their best ability with the available details. Would/ and Will, use again in future.

Buyer interested in a car that was generating motorcheck exceptions. finding out that you could question some of the results and have them investigated ....when they did not make sense . Delighted with he outcome .... whether I buy the car or not the owner also get the benefit.....he was not aware of the exceptions until I flagged to him

Entirely misleading. They advertise reports for EUR 8, but if you enter the details, your valuation increases to 35.
Unless you enter 3 cars, then it's 45 in total. I call this a scam.

These guys are fast, like super fast had a car flag with finance issue but wanted to purchase the car that day, gave them a call , they took the reg and expedited the look up 3 hours later they email me to say it's all clear, 4 hours later I own and drive that new car. I appreciate this is not the normal procedure for finance check but I explained my urgency and they helped faster than I could have anticipated. Full marks only checked the one reg ......

Very good customer service, very prompt. I had a mileage query on a vehicle and they were impressively fast to come back with supporting information.

Good customer service but does not have information on cars like other sites do and you will be left waiting for any other information requested. Might be cheaper but definitely not worth it. Spend the extra use different site you will get full information straight away no waiting around.

A great tool for checking car history.. from a highly polished write off to something with the wrong speedo reading.. The team keep in correspondence with me after the query to do a follow up. Well worth the money.. even got a discount for my next query

Great response time and helpful advice. IO had a mileage discrepancy query which was resolved in a professional manner in a couple of emails.

I had previously got a check and lucky I did as it was a cat s so damaged and repaired. I didn't go ahead with the purchase. I then searched for another car and Todd sent me a discount voucher to use so I didn't have to pay full price for a second check on a different car.
