Ordered on line which allowed me to complete the purchase a few days after I was informed that the stand wasn't in stock and was offered a different one or an unknown wait for the stand to be back in stock as I was desperate for the stand I took the other told they were the same price but have seen the one I got cheaper on line feel I've been done out of a few quid.on a positive note the stand did arrive on time and works well

Bought Puig engine bars online from The Motorcycle Performance Store Sunday evening 270725. Paid with Paypal. Bars were delivered Wednesday 290725 by DHL.

I needed an exhaust fitting kit not listed and spoke to James. He went above and beyond to source and supply the kit.
Customer service like this is unfortunately rare now. I shall definitely be returning for any parts needed.

Misleading Information!!!
The shop uses a shipping cost calculator that quoted €18 and a delivery time of 2 days for my address (Northern Germany). I've now been waiting 7 business days and the package still hasn't arrived – it’s supposedly arriving on Monday.

Another major issue: Neither the shipping calculator, the product page, nor the shopping cart mention that excessive VAT fees will be charged for orders outside the UK. This information is only buried deep in the FAQs – right at the bottom – where they also state that high VAT charges are not a valid reason for returns. By the way, that violates European consumer rights.

This omission seems intentional to deceive customers into thinking the €18 shipping (which is already overpriced) is the only cost they’ll face, especially since the order value is under €150 and therefore shouldn't incur customs duties.

If you’re looking for similar products, I highly recommend checking out shops like pyramidmoto.uk. While they're also based outside the EU, they at least clearly state upfront – right below the “Add to Cart” button – that additional unpredictable VAT charges may apply.

Avoid this shop at all costs. Total scam. I ended up paying €46.38 just for shipping. Outrageous.
