Olivia was excellent from our first conversation re my new 4X4 Tiguan. By the time I decided to order, VW were no longer taking orders for the spec, Olivia sourced a vehicle for me with desired extras, plus one extra for which she negotiated an additional discount.

Lucy dealt well with the delivery and the car arrived as scheduled, with good communication from the delivery driver who spent about half an hour with us demonstrating features of the car.

The only areas for improvement would be speedier confirmation that my payment had been received by the dealer (bank transfer only with no credit card option) and a timeslot AM/PM for the delivery.
I called the dealer directly re both.

The remote buying process has been easy, seemless, and thorough. No haggling on price. Just a simple need to complete each email request and react to anything requiring an answer.
The only minor niggles might be that sometimes requests are duplicated but then I guess not everyone is always prompt. It would have been nice to have understood earlier a bit more about the trade-in option. After sales with Katie Powell has been slick. If ever car buying can be deemed enjoyable then this has been five stars.

Had a great experience from purchasing to delivery. Luke was absolutely amazing with getting everything sorted right up to delivery team taking over when he left us in the capable hands of Lucy who answered all questions about the delivery and pre delivery requisites.

I was a tad apprehensive at the outset about buying a new car this way, I've always gone through dealers in the past. As a Blue Light Card holder I recently became aware of the opportunity to take advantage of a significant discount when buying a new car via Motorfinity.It ended up being a seamless process from start to finish. From my initial contact online, to a conversation and then subsequent emails with Cameron, it all ran smoothly. Lucy then picked up the baton and guided me through the process. I was able to part-exchange my existing vehicle by submitting information about my car, as well as uploading a series of photographs of it. I was given a valuation and this was taken into account when paying the final balance from my own funds. I was kept informed of what was happening every step of the way, as well as by the delivery driver, who delivered the car to my home. A different chap phoned me prior to coming to collect my existing car. When he arrived, he inspected the car and completed all the appropriate paperwork for me. It all concluded surprisingly easily. All in all, an excellent experience.

The people handling this were of great help. The delivery arrived on the promised date, but very late in the day. I had to re-arrange many things in the morning, that on reflection, did not need to be re-arranged. As a result, the handover appeared slightly rushed

Very efficient throughout the process of obtaining a new car. Things went quiet for some weeks between ordering and delivery but this was expected. All email and phone communications were very helpful. The saving on the new car price was far more than I expected.

Fantastic service from start to finish, Brady at the sales team couldn’t be more helpful, knowledge was excellent and sorted everything out with part exchange on our vehicles. The deal we got was great and Lucy at the delivery team was so helpful too.

Back in mid-August, I wasn't even committed to a particular make or model. I had more questions than answers and was feeling overwhelmed by the number of options available. That's where Luke came in. From our very first conversation, he provided the clearest, most practical guidance of anyone I spoke to. Rather than pushing a sale, he took the time to understand my requirements, explain the figures transparently, and help me navigate the various finance options and manufacturer deals available.

Once a decision was made, the whole process moved at an incredible pace. The coordination between departments was seamless and communication was excellent throughout. Considering my vehicle was ordered on 7th September and delivered on 21st September, during what is arguably the busiest vehicle registration month of the year, the result was nothing short of remarkable.

A special mention must also go to Lucy in the Delivery Team. She kept me fully informed every step of the way, responded promptly to any queries, and ensured the final stages of the process ran smoothly and stress-free. Her professionalism, efficiency and customer care were outstanding.

In an age where good customer service can sometimes feel like a rarity, both Luke and Lucy demonstrated exactly how it should be done. What could have been a complicated and lengthy process was transformed into an enjoyable and surprisingly straightforward experience.

From being undecided in August to taking delivery of my new car just weeks later, the entire journey was handled with professionalism, expertise and genuine care. A fantastic credit to Motorfinity and a level of service that deserves recognition.

It was a pleasant experience getting my new car with Motorfinity, from the first phone call with Luke Chambers to arranging delivery with Katie Powell. Both Luke and Katie were always very helpful to answer all my questions. Luke was very knowledgeable with the options for my new car. Katie kept in contact at every point of the delivery process, even the after delivery information provided was amazing. I never felt left in the dark and not knowing what was happening. Would definitely recommend Motorfinity to anyone who is able to use them.

From the moment I made an enquiry about a new car the service and support I received was excellent. From ordering the car with Rebekah and then going through delivery options with Fiona, the communication, email and calls, was spot on. I was provided with regular updates on the day of delivery and everything ran smoothly. Value for money was also excellent and a made a substantial saving on the manufacturers on the road price.

I accessed Motorfinity via the blue light scheme. I was quite dubious as the prices quoted were much lower than I’d had from local car dealerships. There was no difference in price whether paying cash or requiring finance.
You do need to know exactly what you are wanting to buy - I just had a look around dealerships then went on the makers website for more information.
The car was delivered to the door (11 miles on the clock) and the delivery driver went through the workings of the car and answered all questions.
I only spoke to one person during the whole process (Cameron Jones) who was very helpful, answered all my questions etc. The rest of the communication was mainly via email which I preferred (Katie Powell & Lucy Smith) but there was a telephone number and the offer of a conversation was always there.
The main reason I contacted Motorfinity was to see if their prices were competitive, and they were very competitive. I would certainly go through them again when purchasing a new car.

First time dealing with Motorfinity. Staff were very helpful and willing to answer my endless questions with a smile. I was quite nervous to use an intermediary but they offered amazing savings (about £7k) off the cost price as an NHS worker, and the Audi dealer couldn't come close to matching so I took the leap. I'd definitely recommend it. They kept me informed throughout, it arrived as predicted (three month lead time) and delivery was smooth and the delivery guy was really helpful setting up some of the tech with my phone.
